I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.
It was incredible working with Marc on purchasing our new car. Marc was easy going and took the time to walk us through the vehicle. On the day we were to pick up our vehicle, we ran into issues at home and were late to our appointment with Marc. Marc made magic happen with our insurance agent and the RMV to make sure we'd be able to still bring the car home that day. The folks are MetroWest Subaru were tremendous down the line.

Thank you to the Service Department at Village Subaru! The battery in my 2010 Outback started to fail. I called Village Subaru and asked if they could verify what the problem was. I dropped it off, and they replaced the battery for me that afternoon. They went above & beyond for me. I highly recommend the Service Department. Way to go, Service people!
The last time I bought a car, I felt hustled. The last time my wife bought a car, we both felt hustled. This is the first time buying a car, that we both felt happy. Franco was helpful, attentive and thoughtful - he followed up during the purchase but wasn't over the top. It's our first Subaru, and we are impressed with the car quality, as well as the dealership (so far). I'm happy to recommend Franco, Subaru, and Clay Subaru.
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
I recently found myself in the market for a car and decided I was buying a Subaru. Went to see and test drive a SUV. Sales guy was great. When I made an offer, the sales manager came and tried to play hardball and poke holes in the data/research I did. There were other dealers with better offers and lower mileage so I kept trying to politely leave. They tried to mansplain about a multitude of things and I just kept trying to walk out.
I had spoken with Frank Lajoie on the phone prior to going into the dealership. I felt comfortable with our no-pressure discussion. It was nice to have my questions answered without having to go through a high-pressure conversation. Everyone was friendly when I walked into the dealership; I asked for Frank, and he was very welcoming. I was looking for a Forester Premium with no extra bells and whistles, and he respected that, unlike other sales people at other Subaru dealerships. He did not try to talk me into an upgraded trim package. The best part was that he directed me to a new 2018 Outback with a lower purchase price and much lower finance rate than the 2019 Forester. Success! I now have an Outback for a much lower monthly payment than the Forester. Frank was wonderful to work with! He is very funny and personable, and I truly appreciate the no-pressure experience. Tom Liddle was also great to work with in the finance area. He explained everything and answered my questions. We also had a fun discussion about his family and pets! I would highly recommend North End for a pleasant shopping experience.
You will never leave the service department disappointed; you will always leave with a smile on your face; and your vehicle fixed the way it should be in no time. I have been to other Service Departments and this is by far the best one.
My car was having trouble just before the holidays and Mark and his crew were able to get me in a loaner to make it home for Thanksgiving. That Friday they were in contact to with me to let me know they were doing all they can to get me in a new car, as I requested. Mark Atkinson did a great job of checking in to see what I was looking for in a new car and delivered. The process was easy and they walked me through every step, which was very helpful. This was a friendly welcoming environment and I would recommend a friend there anytime. Also, Greg was helpful in explaining the features the car had to offer.
