Amazing service done by kind people. After having my last car ownership experience go so poorly I’m happy my car is being serviced at Kelly VW! The dealership itself was clean and modern, making me feel very happy to be spending the waiting time in such a nice area. Overall couldn’t recommend Kelly VW enough!

Yes I would absolutely recommend this dealer to a friend. Jose Mendes was great during the process of buying my car. Jose was able to answer every question I had about the process of buying the car and about the car itself. Jose definitely made the process of buying a car much easier and less stressful.

North Reading SubaruReviews
North Reading Subaru review
north reading subaru is an excellent dealership. I went to three dealers to purchase a 2020 outback. I chose melkonian's north reading subaru for the following reasons: the attitude of all the employees was excellent. I traded in a 2019 outback with 6900 miles and received $24000 for the trade in. granite subaru offered $22000 and milford subaru offered $21000. North reading should be first on your list if you are looking to purchase a subaru vehicle. there is absolutely no pressure at all to make a purchase at Melkonian's. also there are no hidden fees secretly added into the paperwork. I dealt with david laurie and isabel nelson who provided a very pleasant and seamless purchase experience.

This is my third purchase from Metrowest Subaru. This experience, like the previous two, was excellent -- from the reception, the conversations about car options, the trade-in negotiation, and the pick-up of the new car. Michael was friendly, transparent, accommodating, and professional throughout the process.

I recently had some non warranty repair work done, On my 2026 Outback, I was extremely impressed with the dealership from diagnosis of the problem and being kept informed. Service agent Bethann I can’t praise enough, I wasn’t able to take the car with me and She arranged a loaner car for me while it was being serviced. I highly recommend Clay Subaru.

Clay Subaru review
I have had some difficult circumstances with my vehicle, and the service team at clay Subaru has consistently treated me with honesty, kindness, and respect. Will and Anna in particular have been exceptional in my experience. They take the time to explain what is going on and help me understand my options. I have always appreciated how transparent they are about repairs. On more than one occasion, I’ve been invited to the back to see my car on the lift before any work was done, which gave me a much clearer understanding of what they were seeing. Drop off and pick up are a breeze, the service waiting area is clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and snacks, which makes a long appointment much easier. What stands out most to me is the way I am treated as a person. During my most recent visit Will and the mechanics were genuinely kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy human beings. That kind of experience matters, especially when car repairs are already stressful. In the past, I would never have considered using a dealership mechanic, but here I I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know this sounds corny, but my experience at Clay Subaru is kind of the reason I want to continue to drive a Subaru.

North Reading SubaruReviews
North Reading Subaru review
I have been to many dealerships on the North Shore during the last few years buying and leasing for family. It is an experience I have come to dread. What I hate most is the waiting game they play to keep you in the dealership, whether you buy or not. When my husband needed a new car it started out badly with a dealer whose internet price was 8 thousand lower than the actual price. Again, this took hours . He went back on the net and found a used car at North Reading Subaru with low miles and an excellent price. " A come-on", I said, call before you go so we don't waste time". He called and spoke to Sarah, and we were there that afternoon assured that the car was available, and at the price stated. Sarah was amazing. We sailed through the process, including financing, with incredible ease and picked up the car the same afternoon. This dealership is the only one I would EVER recommend and Sarah was an excellent salesperson. Save time and aggravation with North Reading Subaru!

Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield review
German Deras took very good care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I was driving away with my car. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get me a great deal. Of all the Subaru dealerships I looked at, this was by far the best, and German was a very large part of why.
2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.
