Kendall Honda review
Computer system update to cruise control, with listed programming time of 20 minutes. Dealer offered a loaner car, which I declined as I hoped total experience wouldn't exceed two hours. From time that "mandatory inspection of vehicle was completed" until required update was accomplished was 50 minutes, with total time at dealership as three hours. A little longer than anticipated BUT didn't require a second trip. Tesla computer updates are able to be done at home. Is Honda working on similar tech?

Front Royal Ford review
To be honest, I didn’t think o would be able to make a deal, as I had a low ball trade offer by another Ford dealership. I worked with Jared who came highly recommended and was able to make a deal that met my financial parameters. Bought a great car with absolutely no pressure from anyone at the dealership. Heck, they even delivered the car to my home. Now a customer for life.

Toyota of BoardmanReviews
Toyota of Boardman review
Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy new to head straight to Toyota of Boardman and ask for Kevin!!!

Well done. There is a reason these guys sell the most cars and trucks than most dealers. I have purchased more vehicles than anyone should, and I can tell you, this is the place to buy your car/truck. No nonsense, straight forward and they know their business. There price is better because they sell so many vehicles. Also, they have more inventory/vehicles. I’ll be back.

Gerald Honda of Countryside review
Was referred to Bill Tsonis by a friend of my mom's and bought a new HRV for her. Very good experience, up front with pricing and very friendly. They even gave us the lifetime warranty for free, I think its only at Gerald stores not other Honda dealers. Will definitely be back when it's time for a new Pilot for me. Kudos!

Thank you! After experiencing a low tire sensor alert during the storm on Friday, I pulled in without an appointment, and took a chance to have my tire looked at. Your service team took care of me right away. They kept me informed of the progress and fixed the issue. Plus my car got washed! I am not from the area and I am grateful for your service. Again, thank you!

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

Sal at CarMax Duarte made the entire car-buying experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. When we returned the next evening to pick up our car, he was there exactly when he said he would be, had everything ready to go, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was absolutely no pressure, no haggling, and no surprises—just outstanding customer service and a fantastic overall experience. I would highly recommend asking for Sal if you're shopping at CarMax Duarte.
