I leased a new Subaru Ascent Touring, and from start to finish it was a very quick and painless process. The salesman was like a family friend, and was extremely helpful the day of the sale and in the days following. Five days after I bought the car someone hit me. Not only did the Subaru Ascent protect me and my passenger (no injuries), but the salesman offered to look at the car for me to see if it was safe to drive. When I took the car to the dealership, multiple staff members came out to look and talk with me and my husband, ask if we were ok, and give us their suggestions for the best body shop to use. They even gave us the info for the body shop THEY used for all of their Subarus on the lot for any work needed, and told us who to ask for. They worked with our USAA agent when she was unable to get an estimate (car was so new, parts weren’t in the system) - she was able to sit with them and call the Subaru factory to figure out pricing for the estimate. The dealership said they would even get me a loaner for a period of time if needed while my car was in the shop. While getting your new car mangled in an accident less than a week after purchase is never desirable, the staff at Hyman Brothers Subaru truly made it feel less painful! The repair shop they recommended was extremely easy to work with, and communicated with me throughout the process. I will definitely be getting my next Subaru from Hyman Brothers!
