I absolutely love my 2015 Impreza, it's extremely reliable in all types of weather thanks to its AWD system. I've never had any issues with performance or with its comfort. My one issue is slight and more surface related, but the screen and the operating system is very wonky. Their standard Starlink system doesn't work very well in this model, although I believe they did a lot to improve it in later models. Small complaint, but otherwise I've thoroughly enjoyed my car and would recommend it to anyone.
We are very happy with our purchase. Dirk did a wonderful job introducing us to our new car and the whole transition from our previous vehicle to our new Crosstreck was very smooth.

I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
Allan and the team made us feel welcomed, and accommodated our needs and answered all of the questions we had. Overall, a very positive experience.

Incredible car and value - loaded with technplpgy and safety features normally found, or as an option on expensive German cars. All standard equipment here. Great handling, braking, ride, acceleration and visibility
They are the Ritz Carlton of the car world. Everything from the minute I walked in to when I drove off was above what I expected. Good small family car. Wasnt as stable as I thought it would be on highways next to big cars. Maybe because it is a small car and the wheelbase is small.
If the could find a way to buy a car and not take hours to do it you would sell more cars. Buying a car is awful. It???s not even like the old days. The salesman brings one car up you look at it drive then take it from there. You should have more cars next to each other to compare and make sure the salesman tells you everything that is on the car. Don???t promise anyone something that you know is impossible

I was going to be sure that if I could find a lifetime car on my first attempt at purchasing a car, that I would take full advantage. It looks new, drives great, AWD, and was at an amazing price for it's value. I'm glad I found this car.
Mr. Emanuel our salesperson was outstanding. His friendly demeanor made the transition very easy. The price of the car was very competitive besides the fact that the Subaru product line is the best. We are very satisfied.

I leased the Impreza for 3 years and not a single problem. That’s exactly what I would expect from a new car. Never had zero problems before. What a great car for the money.
Scott provides great service and very informative. Used to go to Lexus of Kendall but Stop going do to overcharging me when they were not supposed to. Made a switch to Lexus of Pembroke and great service so far.

For a compact car, it has plenty of room and leg room for four people. It handles well. It gets great gas mileage, and when the seats are down it has ample cargo space.
Professional, smooth, easy, quick. I went to the service center on a Sunday at 1:00pm. The receiver greeted me and efficiently noted mileage and did a thorough inspection of my car. They were clearly busy. I had no appointment, however, I didn???t have to wait long to see Ed, my service person. I went to the cafe to eat something and do some work. So happy they had sockets that I could use to charge my computer. Received the call that my vehicle was ready at the agreed upon timeframe. Collected a clean, washed and well serviced car.

We search lots of hatchback models & makes and found the Subaru Impreza met most of our criteria. ( would have like it to have a turbo option for the manual transmission) The cabin is stylish yet practical & roomy. The hatchback space if perfect for the cargo we will be carrying. Love this car!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this car is. It is not fast, but it is quick and a huge thrill to drive. I have heard that some of the CVT's are not so fun but I went with the 5-speed manual and it is a total joy.
Pulled my family of four and an 8' Uhaul 1300 miles without a word of complaint. Rips mountain roads like it doesn't know it isn't a WRX. Gets 30 Miles to the gallon if you baby it.
The car was in a flash flood just a few months after purchase, and after sucking all the water out the car continued on as though nothing had happened.
It recently suffered a front-end impact at around 30-35 MPH, the engine never shut off, no fluids leaked and I was able to limp the car home. Whole family in the car, my wife has injured her knee and I have some back issues, but the other car was totalled and completely immobilized upon impact.
All in all, the greatest car I have ever owned. Likely one of the greatest I will have ever owned. If this one does not survive the cost of repairs of this accident it will be an immensely difficult decision to consider a larger Subaru over the Impreza again.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The 2015 Impreza has been nothing but a work horse, never had any issues, always made me feel confident and safe on the road.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Basic comfortable car. Very reliable and economical. Leased vehicle for 2-1/2 years and decided to buy before lease ended. Would have liked a sunroof and rear cargo cover.
I have bought several cars from Patrick and quite honestly he is the only car sales person I have ever not only trusted but grown to love and appreciate as a great human being. I would travel from afar to buy a car from Patrick because he is someone who can be trusted, and that is a rare thing in this world. He truly cares about people and although I have called upon him for assistance an embarrassing number of times, he is always kind above all else. He deserves all of the prosperity life has to offer. I highly recommend him. I will go as far as to say, I don't believe you will ever find a better, more honest person to purchase a car from and I truly hope many people see this review and heed my advice. I don't want to bore you with the details, but this is the worst car I've ever owned. The CVT transmission is horrible at low speeds, especially with the air on. You feel like you are riding a bucking horse. The only way to prevent it is to accelerate hard which I don't do. Subaru mechanics tell me this is normal which is a flat out lie because I have had other Imprezas as loners and none of them did that. The two windows on the right or way slower than the two windows on the left. There's a rattle under the passenger front seat that I cannot find. Road noise is awful. The stereo system is again awful. The rear suspension is weak, if you have anything in the rear hatch it will lower the rear end which in turn will raise your headlights making everyone driving towards you flick their high beams at you. The brakes are making a grunting noise. Do I really need to go on? Subaru quality and reliability is a joke.
My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Forester Touring from Jose at Coconut Creek. We are very happy with the car and looking forward to many more years of adventurous and leisurely drives. Jose Dominguez was a pleasure to deal with and we would be happy to recommend him to anyone. I was looking for a sedan AWD and this was the only one I found that is very affordable. I love that it seems very dependable and I like both the exterior and interior look. It also has Bluetooth, camera, phone features and I love the speaker sounds system!
