Dave worked really hard for me to get this deal made. With issues from everything from my age to insurance he helped my first buying experience a great one. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and would love to buy another car from him the next time I'm looking for one.
Avoid the 2013 Outback.

Prepare to replace random bulbs monthly due to undiagnosable electrical issue.
Prepare to have CVT transmission warranty work if under 100K miles OR tough luck after extended warranty expires.
Prepare to have oil usage warranty work up to 100k miles or tough luck after extended warranty expires.
Customer service through Subaru is hit and miss.
Don’t buy the ’Love’ hype.
When it comes to reliability and customer service, it’s closer to Chevy than Honda.
The handling in poor road conditions is superior, but this generation Outback lacks dependability.
I bought this car new and now have around 75,000 miles on it. The Outback 2.5 is reliable and versatile. It gets good gas mileage for the size of this car and with all wheel drive. The HVAC system is louder than I would like but that might be better with the dual-zone climate control system. The top of the dash on the 2014 is hard plastic that reflects off the windshield at certain light. This was correct later on with a softer dash top.
Kyle Vavra is an excellent Service Consultant! He communicated the conditions of my car, and clearly spoke of, and even showed me the parts needed, as well as discussed labor required to make repairs. He prioritized the repairs so I could work within my budget to get them done.
Heater Fan Reliability

I have had 2 heater Fans in this car. Getting ready for third one now. To make things worse the Dealer cannot seem to fix it. According to the Manual this is not a safety defect. I completely disagree. Cannot defrost windshield or drive in cold weather with defective fan. Also
wheel Covers do not protect brakes from excessive corrosion or wear. Causes premature brake rework due to excessive exposure to road salt used in New England. . DO NOT BUY THIS CAR (2014 OUTBACK.)
This is a great family car. It has high safety ratings and is awesome at driving and handling in snow. By far the best all wheel drive system out there. It is also a very comfortable ride and has all the features I need (back up camera, navigation, Bluetooth, heated seats, etc)
Teddy and Phil helped me feel comfortable purchasing this car and really showed they cared that I was happy with my purchase. I???ll definitely recommend this dealership to others !

This car meets or exceeds my expectations in all categories. It's very comfortable, rides and handles very well, and gets very good mileage. It desn't perform like my BMWs or turbo Volvos, but that was expected. The Outback has plenty of interior space, especially the back seat leg & headroom, and all the bells and whistles I need.
Amazing courtesy and respect from a used car dealer. They honored a price I saw on the internet the day before, even thought the sticker was higher when I came in. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and a very efficient buying process. The used warranty they sell is outstanding and their no-document financing is second to none. I was just blown away on how great everything was.
Been waiting for this car

I Love this car! I have looked for a Subaru Outback for almost 2 years and finally found the car I wanted! I have only had it a few days, but I am so happy with it already. I LOVE my heated seats, they come in handy in this cold weather. My visibility is awesome. I sit a bit higher than my last car and have no problem seeing clearly out of every window. The back-up camera comes in handy in those tight spots too! This vehicle handles like a dream! The AWD will come in handy when I am traveling for work also. I highly recommend a Subaru to anyone looking for a good, solid, reliable car.
Good experience, but double check the offered warranty

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!

I am very happy with my 2014 Outback. My previous 2013 Outback saved my life when I was T-boned by a large pickup truck that ran a red light. I was able to climb out of the car and walk away but sadly the car was a total loss. I think a different car might not have been sturdy enough to protect me so well. I immediately replaced it with the same car but the newer year. I also love the comfortable seats, the smooth ride and the fun Nav features. I’m a Subaru fan for life.
Buying a. car at Arrowhead Automotive was a very nice experience. We found a car that we wanted to look at, but couldn't get there before closing time. so Tim said he would leave the car out in front where we could see it easier. When we got there Tim was still there waiting for us. We where able to check the car out and put down a deposit to hold it. Got it the next day! Tim was great to work with. The best part was they made my wife happy!

This is my first Suburu. Had VW’s before this. Love the room and ride. Love the AWD. Take my dogs in it for rides. Dog friendly company. Have had great service from my dealership.
Rich was very helpful in recommending and explaining suggested work, very professional and prompt with phone calls. Repair done well.

The outback had the makings for a decades long vehicle. Unfortunately, it had mechanical problems from the get go. The problems started getting serious. After only 4 years of owning it I faced a situation where the steering column would lock my keys into the ignition, and also I would have dangerously low oil 2 weeks after changing the oil. Of course, Subaru was extending the warranty for this issue on some of their other models, but not the Outback automatic. Tried to work with this, but they basically scammed me.
Had a really great experience with Mike today buying our vehicle he had great customer service . We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend them we will consider them again in the future when we need to buy another vehicle.
I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!
We have purchased two vehicles from Jake and his team over the course of the last year and a half. Each experience has been nothing less than great. When an issue popped up with one of the vehicles, Jake was quick to correct the problem and gave us a loaner vehicle while ours was being fixed. We will continue to use Surefire Motors for all of our future car buying needs.
