Before I made the drive from Tennessee. I called and spoke with Eric Bates in Sales. I told him what I was interested in (a 2018 Outback) and he said they had many in stock. The next day, I drove to Asheville and Eric was waiting for me. Eric was both knowledgeable and personable. He had the right Outback waiting for me (both color and options). After a test drive, I decided to purchase it. The price was right and so was the car. The buying experience was made easier by Ms. King in the finance department. And while Eric did a thorough job explaining all of the options and settings, the dealership offers a second review of the car about three weeks later because they know it is hard to absorb all of the info the first time.
In short, my buying experience was excellent and I recommend both Prestige Subaru and Eric Bates.
This dealership exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman Efrain Alamo was accommodating and patient. He was able to lower my monthly payments and give me a check back for the extra value on my car. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Efrain!!

He made it all happen smoothly, timely, efficiently and comfortably right from the start. Being a single senior, it can be a bit intimidating walking into a dealership. But Jason's welcoming and straightforward nature made the entire process actually enjoyable. As soon as you walk through the doors of the showroom, the entire team makes you feel welcome.

Where to begin? Since Subaru released the Crosstrek I knew I wanted one, but like most folks, new model launches make me nervous. I tend to wait a bit for consumer reviews and blogs to start reviewing things after they've been in use for some time. Here we are, three years later, and I was ready to add the Crosstrek to my driveway.
The next step was figuring out where to buy from and after a few minutes of perusing the interwebs it was pretty obvious that I needed to look no further than Prestige Subaru. I'm not one of those people who wants to contact a dealership but I also don't want to work with some overly salesish salesperson so I read some other reviews where i came across the name, Jason Wicks. I sent him an email letting him know I was interested in the Crosstrek and he was super up front with me letting me know that they had two 2016's left in stock and that while he wouldn't want to pressure me, I better act a bit quicker than normal. I'm not a big fan of big purchases so this kind of time sensitive decision making makes me a bit nervous but after meeting Jason, those feelings were laid to rest.
We all want that "no hassle" "low pressure" experience at a car dealership and this gentlemen gets it. He's thorough, he knows Subaru and he truly wants you to be comfortable and more importantly, happy. I'm now the proud owner of my dream car and if you want to have someone in your corner for the duration of your ownership of a Subaru, please do yourself a favor and seek out Jason Wicks at Prestige Subaru. I literally cannot rate him high enough.
Called in and was able to get an appointment to have my Impreza serviced. Just had the oil changed and tires rotated this time but I go to the Prestige for all services because their techs always point out issues and recommend maintenance before they develop in to costly repairs. I own my vehicles for a very long time so this is very important to me. They got my Impreza done quickly as usual and I was on my way in no time. Thumbs up.
Jerry and the staff at Prestige are the best. I have peace of mind knowing the experienced crew at Prestige makes sure my Subie is in top shape for tackling the mountains of NC. Always well taken care of with these guys.
