This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. Love the look and performance of the new Outback model. Easy to drive with great features that makes the base package seem higher end. Great car for bad weather.

This is my third Forester. I love it as much as I did the first two! The people are professional and friendly. Service has been excellent. My cars have been leased vehicles, under warranty and have not needed repairs !

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

All employees I spoke with were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The buying and trade process was seamlessly executed and I felt I received an excellent deal. Special thank you to Jason, Sebastian and Crystal for their help.

Very fast in getting appointment. Service was fast. Facility always clean. The customer service representative walked around waiting area talking to customers. She was very attentive and so sweet.

Went in to replace a spare tire and get alignment. Didn?t have replacement tire in stock so they went somewhere nearby to get a tire for me which was great. Tire replacement and alignment took 5 hours, not great. Said that they would fix the plastic molding, but it was still damaged after the service. Overall great facilities and customer service, it just took much longer than expected

I have never had such a good experience getting my car fixed before. Nicest people, job was done same day and they even offered to pick us up from where we were to get the car. We are from out of state so it was reassuring that we felt we were being taken care of so well. Highly recommend to anyone in state or out!

Went in for service appointment for routine alignment. Found unexpected but needed rear brakes. (My husband had recently mentioned this!) Took care of them too.

I had the pleasure of working with Joseph from Ira of Subaru in Manchester, New Hampshire. I had found the vehicle online and came in to test drive the car. Both myself and my husband fell in love with the vehicle. We immediately decided we wanted to move ahead and purchase the car.
