Grand SubaruReviews
Grand Subaru review
I'm a.long time customer at Grand Subaru. Even though it's quite a distance from my home, I still go back there for all of my regular maintenance because they offer such excellent and efficient service. Although they offer a pickup service, I always choose to go in wait there, because they never take long, and the waiting area is pleasant. Any work that needs to be done is well explained, and everyone is pleasant to deal with.

Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and had a great experience at this dealership. Mario was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Austin was professional and fair, and together they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Napleton's Schaumburg SubaruReviews
Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru review
The process to buy a new vehicle at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru was a positive one and I would buy from them again in the future. David and Joshua were great to work with. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. Everything from the test drive to the final signature was quick and efficient. I went in the spur of the moment without making an appointment, and there was no issue with me requesting the test drive. The vehicle that was advertised on their website was there, no games. It’s also worth noting I had an appointment to drive a vehicle at another manufacturer later, and cancelled that because I found the vehicle for me at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru and was happy to give them my business.

Very courteous team at Service Department. Waiting area was comfortable. Oil change Service was almost 1 1/2 hour, very busy with Chevy, Kia & Subaru vehicles due to construction.

Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha review
I have bought my last few Subarus from this dealership even though it is further from my home than at least 3 other Subaru dealers. They always seem willing to make me a nice deal on a new car, and they go above and beyond making the the process fast and convenient. Further, the sales representative with whom I worked, Reid Stanley, was accommodating, calm, not pushy, helpful and informative. Really everything one would wish for in a sales associate.

McGrath Subaru is the best .. From the moment I spoke to a gentleman called Jeff Goldman until the day I walked in and bought my first Subaru I was overwhelmed with the professional and welcoming staff. Everything went smoothly and no pressure from anyone for any reason. I can't Thank Jeff for all his help and then Jeanette also. Both were amazing people and such a pleasure to deal with ..would recommend this dealership time and time again !!

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Highly recommend Brilliance for your next car! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! 10 STARS!

Byers Dublin SubaruReviews
Byers Dublin Subaru review
My wife and I went in to just look at new Subaru's with no intention on actually buying one at that time. As we were browsing the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Renae Marcum. After a conversation with her, we looked around at various new (and a few used) models of Outback. She put no pressure on us at all to purchase anything, and even stayed with us answering our numerous questions, even after telling her we had no plans to buy right now. We knew at some point we wanted to upgrade our car to something larger for camping and cross-country travels. After taking home a brochure and researching the Subaru web site a bit, we decided that we did want to buy a car now. We had decided on the Outback Wilderness in Geyser blue. We contacted Renae with our decision to order a new vehicle with our desired options. Lucky for us they already had a Geyser blue ordered from Subaru that had not made it to the assembly line yet. They were able to put in a change order to get the exact options we wanted on the vehicle. A few weeks later, it showed up just a week before a scheduled 3,500 mile trip to 5 National parks. The car was delivered with a very thorough walk through of all the features and how to use them. This made our trip 1000 times better then expected. We love the car and have had no issues with it at all. Renae and Byers Subaru were extremely friendly, helpful, no pressure, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
