Living in the desert is hard on batteries. Our 2015 Forester just experienced its first dead battery...lasted 3 3/4 years...unheard of in the desert. Sarah from PS Subaru rescued us on her lunch hour. Forward to the dealership. Jordan set up a new battery service for us AND put the gallon of ice cream that we had bought before all this started in the employee freezer. This is not how we planned to spend our day but Sarah and Jordan put a good spin on our dead battery experience. Thank you Palm Springs Subaru.

Comfortable ride,love the adjustable seat that fits me perfectly. Very quiet. Every amenity you could possibly need. Safety features sold me on this vehicle. Sound system is great.
Customer Service, kindness, attention to detail and ease of conversation, added plus is quickly built trust as well as patience and efficiencies. I drove from San Diego to Palm Springs for the car I decided to purchase. All done over the phone and text messages with BERRY TURLEY. Amazing man, talk about going the EXTRA MILE! It didn't stop there. I had the pleasure of meeting BILL REYNOLDS in finance. Who would have thought the finance department and agreements wold be so enjoyable? Pretty sure I made some good friends in Palm Springs! I am so thrilled with the kindness, attention to detail and patience received from both Berry and Bill. I am actually considering driving to Palm Springs for car service! :)

Decent value for the money. Superb AWD. Good quality materials used in interior. Mileage in the 6cyl is so-so. But better performance makes it worth it. Quality issues with the high end head units, and a recall for gas gauge being off by 1/8th tank.
Wow! Super impressed with the service I received yesterday! My "check engine" light came on, Juan Flores and Stacey Woodman fit me into the busy schedule quickly and went out of their way to loan me a car so I could run some errands. The service department completed the inspection, fixed the problem, and washed my car too!! It cost about 1/3 of what I was expecting to pay. My service experience couldn't have been any better!! Thank you!

I thought this vehicle was a great car for the value. It drives well, and has great "get up and go." It's a great family vehicle, and has plenty of cargo space for all of the gear hauling you do as a parent or active person!
I am a senior senior who accepted an independent rating of a Subaru Forester as the best vehicle for me. At Palm Springs Subaru, Ron Ossea helped me satisfy that goal promptly, efficiently and cost effectively. He provided a preliminary overview of the Foresters features and a trial run. Palm Springs Subaru will follow this with a more comprehensive education and practice of the Foresters features.

It met all my expectations! I absolutely love it! The ride is so comfortable for the driver and riders. The heated seats are perfect for this weather. I have nothing negative to say. I just wish I could have purchased a new one!

Very well accessorized. Really too many bells and whistles for my need.
Someone that is younger and more into cities and technology with cell phones will appreciate what this car has to offer. I personally will probably never use all of the gadgets.
Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
Very professional and organized.
Lounge area perfect.
My car was ready quicker than estimated.
Manny was perfect!!
People were very friendly. Answered all questions.
Will always go here for service.
I love my Subaru - my 4th one!

Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
