Details of my own experience in 500 words or less!? Let’s go First and foremost, I walked in needing a car without the best credit. I admired the Salesman’s (Gerard) backbone to not only show me the vehicle. They had a knowledge of the vehicle beyond my own knowledge/skills/abilities. Their supervisor (Oscar) came to personally introduce himself even though they was busy with other work flow. The Sales Team as a whole brought a lot of experience/knowledge to the project. Buying a car without great credit is scary and they bridged that gap. The real honor to this review goes to Angel. They are my financial advisor that goes above and beyond the call of duty. I’m a blue collar guy that doesn’t know numbers like Angel. They completely answered all my questions about the extra components and honored my requests. I could appreciate the knowledge skills and ability from Angel I’m pretty sure they were a boot at one point as well. From Top-Bottom. All of my experience with AutoNation Honda Roseville has been nothing but the Very Best.

The entire experience in purchasing a new 2026 Crosstrek at AutoNation Subaru Roseville was truly amazing to me after not having bought a car for 22 years, especially with all the technical changes to autos over the years. The Sales and Training Staffs were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and gently guided an old guy with a lot of life stories through the sales and ownership process. The car price was fair and the car is remarkably enjoyable to drive. Very large KUDOS go out to Taylor Sullivan (Sales Specialist), Sean Collins (Customer Financial Specialist) and Paeli Sekulich (Product Specialist who spent a lot of time with training my wife and I on all the new tech stuff). Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
