Be honest with your feelings and your budget. “I like these features but not the color,” “My monthly has to be xyz or less.” Then let them work to make you happy. These guys don’t have to twist arms to sell a Subaru so that isn’t their style.
Joey checked in with me as we were waiting for an oil change to finish and suggested an early termination of our 3.5 yr lease might be to our advantage... In 20 mins he and salesman Bobby worked up a quick trade for our 2017 Outback we leased from them 2 years ago and set us up with a 2018 for less each month and a full tank of gas to boot!!! We had only stopped in for an oil change, xxx!??
Ok, I’ll cop to being partial to the brand and model; this is our 4th since 2000. Each of the first 3 were trouble-free and could go off-road like a mountain goat! (My wife is a professional birder so she gets off the beaten track at times).
The cars are great, Subaru, the company, is solid, Kirby Subaru staff is forthright and clear and low-pressure. Their service department has never let us down (but haven’t had to really fix anything for us) and Mike who wrote up the sales agreement is super nice and helped us save another chunk of money as I was signing. All great!
