Carter Subaru in Shoreline review
In 40+ years of buying cars, this was may first experience with buying a used car from a dealer. From the moment I met the Sales Person Hussein until when I walked out the door with the keys, I felt calm and relaxed and honestly felt like these people cared and this car wasn't even a Subaru! I don't write a lot of reviews on the internet but this place deserves one. I could only imagine what it would be like if I bought a new car there. Go see Hussein!

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Rairdon Subaru of AuburnReviews
Rairdon Subaru of Auburn review
Tyler is a soft spoken young man with a heart of gold and a head of hair that would make the Swaz jealous in his prime. Tyler provided a non-nonsense breakdown of the work to be performed and the costs to expect and these numbers did not deviate 1 Susan B once the work was completed. Rairdon is the best Subaru dealership I’ve ever worked with and I will be glad, and perhaps a little thankful, to keep bringing my WRX there for service. Roadhouse!

Carter Subaru in ShorelineReviews
Carter Subaru in Shoreline review
We narrowed our car search down to a couple Subaru models, and then used a local, unsanctioned Subaru website to research all the tradeoffs and options. When it came time to snag a specific car, we got quite a range of quotes from Western Washington dealers. Joe Spitz, at Carter Subaru Shoreline, offered a discounted price that was far less than the next lowest quote for the same car. His proposal wasn?t even in the same league as the much higher fixed prices used at some Subaru stores. So we got the exact vehicle package we were seeking, for a model that is in very high demand, and paid a deeply discounted price that made a joke of the ?true? car values listed by the various car buying websites. I have pretty high expectations when I?m about to be parting with a lot of money. Our sales consultant, Joe Spitz, impressed me as the kind of guy who eats, sleeps, and loves the Subaru brand. Joe not only exceeded all my expectations, but he also significantly lessened the amount of money I had to part with :)! His candid and thorough response to my questions, and his use of just the right amount of humor, made the buying process downright enjoyable. He has really earned my respect. Without reservation, I?d suggest that anyone in the market for a Subaru ?Goe see Joe? - at Carter Subaru in Shoreline.
2023 Subaru Solterra review
I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

I'm a teacher, these guys get an A plus. First time I have ever bought a car without feeling disgusted after! We live in Chelan, it was worth the drive. We checked out several dealers, and their reviews were so good we made the drive. We were not disappointed and love our Highlander.

Eastside Subaru review
Arrived shortly after opening and there were already a lot of people there but we were still addressed quickly and so warmly by David right when we got there! Came in for an oil change and it was finished in less then an hour, with lots of tea and coffee options and snacks while we waited. When David came back over in less than an hour we got a little worried something was wrong with the car, but he let us know they noticed our drivers door had a small manufacturing error and wanted to tell us asap while we still had warranty, then got us scheduled for an appt to fix it. He didn't have to catch that or say anything, and the fact that he did just shows how much he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. David was so attentive the whole time, checking in on us, making sure we were comfortable, and explaining everything clearly so we never felt confused or in the dark. It's rare to feel this taken care of at a service appointment and we are so appreciative of him going above and beyond. Can't rave enough about how incredibly kind David is, this was honestly the best service experience we've ever had and we'll definitely be asking for him from now on.

I'd like to echo what Bill Taraday said about working with Brittany New. She's incredible! We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. It was genuinely a pleasurable purchasing experience, and would highly recommend working with Brittany. We will be back!

I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek from this dealer 10 years back and since then getting routine maintenance done.Few years back I faced a tricky situation after an incident with my car - but the service department - especially Oakley helped me get thru with ease. This month along with routine, 6 yearly was done - again Oakley was there to walk me thru it. I say good cars attract good dealership and their great staff too. Thank you Eastside and best wishes !

I have purchased two cars from Liberty Bay, having traded the first in on the second. The sales and finance people were helpful and professional in both cases. These are the first used cars I’ve purchased in forty years, but I feel confident in their quality and the service plans offered by Liberty Bay. I would definitely recommend Liberty Bay Auto to any friend who was considering purchasing a used vehicle.

They sell cars but service them too! Great job getting the part for my company car and installing it. I’ll plan to keep taking my service work there.

Kendall Subaru of Marysville review
Kendall Subaru of Marysville did it once again! This is the seventh car deal we have done with David Jennings. My parents needed a new Forester, and he went above and beyond just like every other car deal he has handled for us. He is truly the top salesperson in the auto group. If you want a process that is simple, quick, and easy, David is your guy! Recommend 100%—this place has a premium feel. You will love it! Don’t forget to ask for David Jennings! Thanks, Travis Smith!

CarMax Colorado Springs review
Although we did not yet buy from CarMax, we were very impressed with both their helpfulness and and their low-pressure. The salesman seemed more interested in getting us into the right vehicle than he did in making a sale, which was impressive.
2023 Subaru Solterra review
The car performs great. The only negative is that they don't tell you that the factory-installed navigation is only free for year one; after that, you have to pay $16/ month more per month to continue to use it. Had I known that I would not have purchased the car
