Flatirons Subaru review
I can't say enough good things about Drew, our sales consultant. We were buying a car for my daughter. I am out of state. I called and told Drew exactly what I was looking for, what price I would pay, and since she had to go there without me, I asked him not to give her a sales pitch. He went over and above with all three. He was professional, straightforward and transparent all the way through the process. He is very customer service oriented, even to the extent that if what they had wasn't going to meet our needs, he didn't try to sell me on a different car. The transaction was simple and straightforward. James in finance was equally professional and an excellent communicator. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to my daughter so she knew what she was signing. I highly recommend buying your car at Flatirons. Ask for Drew.

Jillian was very responsive and worked hard to be fair and do her job well. Jillian is great! Our only annoyance was the long wait to pick up the car , which is minor in the scheme of things. Thank you Schomp & Jillian.
2023 Subaru Solterra review
The car performs great. The only negative is that they don't tell you that the factory-installed navigation is only free for year one; after that, you have to pay $16/ month more per month to continue to use it. Had I known that I would not have purchased the car

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.
2023 Subaru Solterra review
I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

We had a great experience working with Denzel at Schomp. He was well researched on the cars he was selling and was a very attentive listener. I was apprehensive going into the dealership initially because of previous bad experiences with other car salesmen, but I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience with Denzel. If you have the choice, I highly recommend choosing to work with him during your car buying experience. I ultimately ended up purchasing a car at another dealership only because they had the exact car/mileage/price I was looking for, but if that car had been on Schomp’s lot I would have happily purchased it there.

This review s for James Wells. I had been looking for the car I wanted at three dealers Longmont and Golden and Flatirons and James was the only salesman the came out in the car lot and sold me a car. He was great , always called back, always very nice. James was great , the dealership was great. Everything went smooth! Thanks Henry Glover

Recently we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, Colorado. The dealership was very clean, well organized and made a good impression from the moment we entered it. The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.

I won't go into details but we had a serious engine problem and we were worried the warranty wouldn't cover it and we would be out a vehicle. Jay was so curteous and his coworkers were fantastic! They promised they would follow up with us and not to worry and sure enough all my anxieties were relieved when they called me this morning Andy let me know that they fixed the issue and I have to say they have gained a customer for life. I can't express the gratitude I have for this business and how thoughtful and wonderful they are to work with.

I've bought many cars at different dealerships throught the years but this place this is the best! Jacobi the salesman, was amazing! Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.
2024 Subaru Solterra review
Great car if you don't go on long trips. Half an hour to and from work needs charging once a week with a regular 120 volt outlet. If you drive more, plug it in every night. Or get a 240 volt outlet and charge it twice as fast. In the winter, the range is less because we like the seats and steering wheel nice and warm. The regenerative break mode doesn't take much getting use to and saves wear on the mechanical breaks. We love everything about this car.

I HATE going to a car dealership... BUT Callee my salespro, was MORE than a salesperson, she seemed to really care, even when I had a issue after the fact... And very knowledgeable too . I walked out of the last dealership I was looking at due to making me feel like a fool for asking questions... The Sales manager Dave, Didn't pressure me at all.. and the finance guy knows EV's very well. THANKS YAW"LL
