Royal Moore Subaru review
Had problems with Electrical, tried Caar Subaru where we had purchased our Forester. The explanation of the problem that my husband gave them made no sense to them. We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. A shout out to Sacramento Torres in the service department for his assistance. Mr. & Mrs. Ron Knight

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

I recently leased a car through Carr Subaru, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! I primarily worked with SJ, and her knowledge, genuine, kind, and loving nature, were an unexpected blessing during the process. She was so thorough in her questions, to get down to the bottom of what my needs were, and which car was most suitable for me and my daughter. Couldn't be happier with my experience, and my new wheels! Highly recommend purchasing/leasing thorugh Carr Subaru.

Wow! Sales team complete package! Mo was amazing from intro to sale, which, by the way was seamless, and really worth my time. Fernando, Luis completed the team. From the minute I walked in the door, Mo took the reins and guided me through the buying process. He was kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car....and I had many. Did my research, tested him and he passed. If you want a new Subaru (bought a 24 Crosstrek) go to Royal Moore and ask for Mo.

Jr. help with the sale of the 2021 Tesla Model 3 I purchased in December 2024. No pressure, he was easy to work with. It was Brian Borjas who provided excellent follow up to the sale. He worked with me to correct a non functioning fog light. His commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his great communication and follow up. Thanks Brian, Jr., Salah and Carr!

Donavan was my sales person while purchasing my vehicle. He was such a joy to work with. We came in late and Donavan stayed with a happy attitude past his end of day and meticulously went over all the features of my car. My husband and I were very pleased with all the sales staff we worked with, and will definitely refer a friend. It's difficult for me to describe purchasing a car as a fun experience, but Subaru of Portland nailed it!!

We purchased a 2021 CPO Ascent on Sunday July 27th. The next day, the A/C failed. We advised the dealer, and they picked it up Tuesday. Needless to say, we were unhappy. It took a few days to diagnose and get fixed. We picked it up yesterday, and all is good. The dealer obtained a wholesale cost 5-year bumper to bumper 105k miles warranty at a discount we are paying off without interest over 10 months. It is the warranty they use regularly. Started out bad, but ended okay.

I was in the market for a used Subaru and based on a neighbors recommendation I stopped by Wilsonville Subaru. I had the whole family in tow and I was guided by Jon Lahey to check out what was available. Jon is knowledgeable, thoughtful and helped us find the right vehicle for us. At Wilsonville you only work through your sales person throughout the entire process, no managers or finance people. They handle that for you. I will definitely head back there next time we are in need of some new wheels, thank you Jon and Wilsonville Subaru!

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and Jon was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! He was knowledgeable about the year and model. I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. I would happily buy another car from this dealership!

Tonkin Chevrolet GMCReviews
Tonkin Chevrolet GMC review
I recently had a great experience at Tonkin Chevrolet GMC, and the new ownership really impressed me. They personally came out to introduce themselves, which shows how focused they are on customer service and building relationships. You can tell the entire store is centered around taking care of customers the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and there was no pressure. It’s refreshing to see the positive changes, and I’d highly recommend Tonkin Chevrolet GMC to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts customers first.
