Tim was the only dealer willing to work with my schedule. When I asked him for rough numbers I didn’t get the typical xxxxxxxx you get from the Larry h millers and Peterson about “just come in”. Tim and Kendall were respectful of my time and I will definitely recommend and shop there again.!

They say that the suspension is so tight that if you run over a penny on the highway in a WRX you can definintely feel it! If you run one over in a STI you can tell what year it is!

This car is nuts. I bought it about a month ago and it's an absolute thrill to drive. It's super fast and can get up and go whenever you need it to. The interior is clean, the exterior is mean. I love this car. The only problem I have with it is the stereo. It always looks for an HD version of the station you're listening to but if it's not a strong signal, it will go back and forth from HD and non-HD, resulting in a fluctuation in volume that's pretty annoying. I just listen to music on my phone instead.
I have to say up front that I’m not a fan of the number of emails and phone calls after a visit to just look. When it comes time to buy though, they make it easy. This was my second Suby purchase from LHM, and it was just as great as the first. Thanks Mike and Dustin!

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
Beautiful showroom that delivered in every way! Troy, my sales rep, was so easy to work with; easy to talk to and no pressure at all. I test drove a model that had more added than I needed and when I returned to the dealer he had my perfect model waiting for me! How could I not buy it??!! The financing office was a breeze to work with and I enjoyed talking to him and everything was seamless. I haven’t bought a car for a very long time and this is my first Subaru. I highly recommend Larry Miller’s dealership and the Subaru Forrester is a beautiful car!!

I would give this car a much higher rating but for one FATAL flaw--adults cannot fit in the back seat. the sides slope so far in where they meet the roof that no adult of any significant height can sit back there. my daughter is only 5'10" but her head hits the roof in back unless she tilts her head toward the middle. such a STUPID mistake. i wish i had test driven it with someone in the back seat. i would NOT have bought it. now it's only good for two adults in front and children in back.
The service manager at Larry Miller Subaru Boise went above and beyond to make sure that my subaru was repaired quickly, correctly and at the lowest cost possible, much lower than a nearby Subaru service shop. Thanks LM Subaru!

Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
Neil was our salesman and “the guy” -he was professional, engaging, and very knowledgeable. He made buying a car very comfortable. Great experience! We also interacted with Cody, the manager and Cory-from the finance office - both of whom were a pleasure to work with as well. There was no pressure throughout the entire visit and was overall efficient and seamless process.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
Why does this process have to take so long? I spent 6 hours at this! What can I do ahead to speed up the process?

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
Joe was great. Unfortunately Subaru (not the dealer) considered the shutter in the front end “normal”...... only in the 2017 model. This isn’t the dealers fault and they tried their best. Subaru should be ashamed to deny an obvious problem only happening in 2017. Again, the dealership was Great!

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
Great people, nice facility, good price. I would buy again from them. They were up front and honest, and they genuinely want my business. Thumbs up.

I use to own a 1994 Subaru Legacy but lost it in a car accident. The car was totaled but all passengers were in fact! Safety is priority in these vehicles . After 18 years I was able to buy another Legacy. They are beautifully made, safe, reliable, and stylish! What more can you ask for?!?
Always great and a friendly team. We r going to miss them because we r relocating to a new state and home. We bought our Subaru from these folks. We bought our Dodge truck from them that was our trade in for the new car.

Headline says it all. The EyeSight system isn't superior to anything else I've seen. The infotainment system is the worst I've ever seen or used in a car - constantly freezes or glitches. The AWD is amazing.
The streering assist takes some getting used to. Also the smart cruise control again needs time to get used to. Lane assist is also another safety feature that can startle you a little till you get used to it. The vehicle it’s self seems well made and solid. I haven’t got enough time in it yet to really comment on the reliability.
Great dependable car ? I have been looking at this car for a long time and it will be around for a long time 0/0 was to good to turn down replacing a Nissan 370Z

Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.

The Forester is exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, efficient for its size, smooth driving, excellent performing. Upright seating fits a wide range of sizes and is great for tall drivers. Excellent rear seat space. Very, very, good cargo space access. The interior is well laid out. Controls are easy to reach and easy to understand. One more thing, the climate control system is fully up to handling Phoenix summer weather.
Jon helped me get into the used car I was looking for. He got me a great deal on my trade in. He worked hard to make the deal!

I recently made the switch from Audi and couldn’t be happier! The manual transmission makes the drive so much more personal and the complimentary maintenance package/warranty is bar none. I wasn’t a fan of the ostentatious wing, so I went with the wing delete. The options for personalization are endless, so you never have to settle for something that’s (subjectively) an eyesore.
Overall a fun, reliable AWD car that keeps the driver satisfied rain, snow, or shine.
I called this dealership because there were several open recall items for my truck. From start to finish of the process Brian in the service dept. treated me with the utmost respect and was very helpful. The work was scheduled and completed promptly with no issues. I am very pleased to say that my truck is now back in the green for recalls and they also completed a full inspection free of charge under my basic warranty and I feel safe knowing my vehicle has been fully checked out by the great mechanics at Larry H. Miller! These guys are the best!
