First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. This car met our family needs. Gas mileage is very good for commuting and very supportive for passenger comfort. Wide doors for easy entry for physically impaired passengers, and loads of leg room. Although better than most, the thickness of the descending support for the right arm rest puts uncomfortable pressure on lateral knee bone. Must adjust seat to partially avoid.
David Smith was so helpful and really went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we needed. I can’t say enough about the way he cared for my daughter and our hunt for a realiable vehicle.
Good value for the money I paid, rides nice.

I feel comfortable and safe in the car, great visibility. The car handles extremely well in the snow, probably improve even more when I get snow tires. I like the exterior styling and open visibility, all around.
Very pleasant transaction. Butch was cordial, extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. Quick and easy; no hassling. All done over the phone. Appreciative they delivered the car to my house, 80 miles away. Drivers were nice as well. My apologizes, but can't recall which manager called me to solidify the transaction. My father (Jim Phillips) bought many of his autos through the years from Paramount and always spoke fondly of their employees.

Good small family car. Wasnt as stable as I thought it would be on highways next to big cars. Maybe because it is a small car and the wheelbase is small.
Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience

Drives like a dream. Can be a daily driver, and a nice calm ride. Also can have fun, and not beat on the car. Just fun, safe, and solid car. It's price point is really aggressive, for the quality of this cars performance. Interior is not "luxury", but the driving experience is amazing.
I worked with Jerry Snyder to purchase a vehicle from out of state. The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. Emails were answered quickly and the vehicle was exactly as described. They offered to pick me up from the Charlotte airport over an hour away, filled up the huge fuel tank in my vehicle before I left, and thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before I arrived. Jerry and the rest of the staff were fantastic, thanks guys!

Pros: pretty much everything. I like the interior, the exterior style, lots of trunk space. Very fun to drive.
Cons: stock suspension can be a little better for the price

This is my 4th STI and I have tried to buy other cars for daily driving like m3, m4 ,911, GTI yer none of them have the same feeling as an STI. I think most STI owners understand what I’m referring to. From the community, the drivability, the versatility, the safety all these thing but there is still some unexplainable feeling you get from driving these cars that I just don’t get from other manufacturers. I will always be an STI owner and can’t wait for the new generation to be unveiled!
Excellent staff, prices and vehicles. Bought a nice Volvo and it was hit and totaled before we got the new tag. The guys worked with us and our insurer and got us into an even nicer newer vehicle without any hassle or haggling. Would highly reccommend.

It does everything and is super fun to drive. Very reliable and great in all weather. Spacious as well. Would buy over and over again.
Had a lot of very nice vehicles on the lot but still out of my price range. Looking for a good used truck that is in great shape. All in all well trained salespeople, very knowledgeable about what's to offer.

This car handles snow with fun! Basically it handles like a charm and there is nothing I would change. I have the Limited w/ Eyesight which I highly recommend. The downside are the HVAC controls. They are not intuitive at all and I find I have to take my eyes off the roads to make simple adjustments. The screen also reflects the sunlight and can be difficult to see at times. Comfort is excellent, front and back, and ingress/egress is great for folks w/o arthritis. Trunk space is also a plus.

Owned 3 outbacks. ‘99 was terrible with many problems. ‘05 XT was great for 10 years then many problems started that normally doesn’t occur.
‘12 runs well so far. Ride comfort worse of three. Good city car but rides stiffly & noisy on highway. Good family car for snowbelt. Great fuel economy. Extended warranty issues on transmission ☹️. Given past history will get rid of by year 10. No more Subaru in the future for me as there are better AWD options now for same price range .

This car is nuts. I bought it about a month ago and it's an absolute thrill to drive. It's super fast and can get up and go whenever you need it to. The interior is clean, the exterior is mean. I love this car. The only problem I have with it is the stereo. It always looks for an HD version of the station you're listening to but if it's not a strong signal, it will go back and forth from HD and non-HD, resulting in a fluctuation in volume that's pretty annoying. I just listen to music on my phone instead.
We had a great experience shopping for a new car. Josh was our knowledgeable sales advisor and was able to find answers for all our questions. No high pressure selling like so many other dealers. The dealership wants to help you make a decision that fits your needs. This is definitely a dealer to come visit for a new vehicle.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
We went in & worked with Thomas, he was absolutely amazing throughout the process, I couldn't imagine it being any more painless & quick. He explained everything in detail & really took his time & crunched numbers with us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. They manage time very well.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
My husband and I visited three different Subaru dealerships in NC before deciding upon Randy Marion. Cory Cerven was knowledgeable and very helpful during all aspects of this purchase. I am thrilled with my new Outback and appreciate the Randy Marion experience.

The Forester is exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, efficient for its size, smooth driving, excellent performing. Upright seating fits a wide range of sizes and is great for tall drivers. Excellent rear seat space. Very, very, good cargo space access. The interior is well laid out. Controls are easy to reach and easy to understand. One more thing, the climate control system is fully up to handling Phoenix summer weather.
