What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

I've owned a 2011 Subaru Forester for years and it has been supremely dependable through northern Michigan weather. Super cold to humid and muggy, it's been a comfortable, reliable ride throughout.

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I was impressed how well I can see out of the car at all angles. It is difficult for me to turn my body due to neck, hip and back problems. I am 5'10" and have very long legs. This car also has alot of head and leg room. My daughter rides comfortably in her booster seat in the middle seat. I feel I have more control and better handling with this car then any other. I have had a Honda Accord, Volvo XC90, Toyota Corolla and Cadillac Deville in recent years. My only complaint is the front seats are uncomfortable. (My other car is a Deville which feels like a recliner.) There isn't anything fancy about the car but I just have the base model. I am happy with all the features and the gas mileage is awesome. There is a ton on truck space.

Love my new crosstrek! My Impreza was great too but the Crosstrek is more my style! I’ll return to Subaru when I’m ready for a new car!

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.
