We live in Chandler and own a small condo in Prescott. Saturday, 10/29/16, while in Prescott, we wanted to go downtown and when we got in our car to leave it appeared our 3-yr old battery had died. I received a jump and drove down to Prescott Honda and it was replaced within the hour. Back on the road again. Service lady was very polite and attentive and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Loved the service and waiting area.
Thank you!!
2018 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited Review
Our 5th Subaru Outback . . . THE BEST THERE IS!!!

When it comes to safety, reliability, value for the money, and best of all it's performance in the snow, Subaru is hands down the VERY BEST. I would challenge any other car brand to beat any of these qualities in a car . . . no matter what the price!!!
I have to say how much I appreciate my salesman l, Mike Costa and his professionalism. He took as much time on helping me find an older model used vehicle car as he would have on the $41k one he showed me without batting an eye. I have purchased everything from a custom made Porsche to a top of the line Lexus and he is up at the top as being a thorough and great salesman. He made me feel heard and comfortable through the entire process. All of the other employees were also friendly, kind and clearly willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I???m very impressed and grateful I made this choice after going to 8 other dealerships. Thank you!
I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.
It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center.
I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.
My 1st Forester is a 2009 turbocharged model which is still going strong with 110,000 miles. The newer Foresters offer safety and convenience features mine doesn't have so I decided to upgrade. The 2019 Forester no longer offers the turbocharged version so I opted for a certified pre-owned 2018 XT Touring which has a turbocharger. I love the vehicle but because the turbo is no longer available, the used turbo versions have become quite pricey. I am keeping the old one for hauling dogs, lawn equipment and towing my utility trailer. The new one will be just for people for now.
The vehicle is just the right size. I am 6'4" and would appreciate a little more leg room and thigh support but the Forester is as comfortable as any other small SUV I checked. There is plenty of headroom. The turbo does require premium fuel and has a lower mileage rating. With the turbo and sports tuned suspension, it is a fun vehicle to drive and worth the money to me. In over 10 years, the older one left me stranded only once when a drive belt broke after 100,000 miles. Based on reviews, I expect the same reliability from the newer one.
This car just keeps getting better. Eyesight, Appleplay, auto door locks, improved display......I thought I loved my 2017 Outback!! Subaru continuously strives to improve upon what they have instead of trying to razzle dazzle you. I will never own anything but a Subaru.
Superb car - handles like a 911, reliability like a Subaru, stealth, easy to work on, great I/O for the user. Reasonable cost. Great options out there. Not showy without the big wing (have the low profile model).
I have been using Hyundai of Cottonwood since 2010 before they had their own building. This is an honest service center. I trust them to do what needs to be done on my vehicle and not try to scare or up-sell me nonsense that I don't need. That's why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work!
