Great service, Cornell the owner goes above and beyond. Would buy a car from here again.
2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

2012 Subaru Outback review
very reliable, comfortable, performs well on hills, canyons roads due to more power of the H6. No issues with 112,000 miles. Mostly highway miles and kept in garage went it is resting. Original brakes, using my paddle down shift on canyon roads in Eastern Oregon. Everything works, looks like it has 30,000 on it. Paint and hardware holding up well.

I recently purchased a car from Golden Bull Auto, and I am very happy with their service! The dealership was straight forward about the pricing, everyone was very helpful and easy to talk to, and they helped me to finance my car within less than an hour. Shoutout to Igor and Erick for their professionalism and commitment to great customer service!
2012 Subaru Outback review
Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just bought a car from Liberty Cars, and I had a great experience! Jafar, the salesman, was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate that the car was exactly as described. There were no dealer fees or unexpected additional charges, just as they said. Thank you, Jafar, and the whole Liberty Cars team for the great experience. Highly recommended! 🚗👍

Mechanically reliable. Decent gas mileage. Headrests block line of vision. Sideview mirrors can be difficult to adjust. The most uncomfortable seats of any automobile I have ever owned. Lots of cabin noise both city and highway driving.

2012 Subaru Impreza review
Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

2014 Subaru Forester review
I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Hawthorne Motors ExpressReviews
Hawthorne Motors Express review
We recently purchased a 2017 Audi from Hawthorne Motor Express and had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. As a family-run business, they made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and never pressured us into making a decision. They took the time to work with our financial needs and helped make the purchase fit our budget. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They repaired a tire that needed attention and even ordered a replacement tow cover for the front bumper after the sale. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell. If you’re looking for an honest dealership with great service and a no-pressure atmosphere, I highly recommend Hawthorne Motor Express.

2013 Subaru Impreza review
This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not

2012 Subaru Forester review
I’m the 3rd owner of a 2012 Subaru Forester purchased at approx 175,000 miles and it still runs pretty good! It does burn oil up pretty quickly and mine has issues with reading the levels and won’t give me a warning light so i check the dip stick often. Mine did have exhaust issues and had to replace a rested out piping from the cat back, but mufflers were still good. Also the Oxygen sensor was a problem for awhile, which you can only use on brand for it to work properly. Gas mileage is decent for the size of the vehicle and its age. Only wish the front seats went back more bc my taller girlfriend who is 5’11 with long legs struggles to fit and be comfortable in the passenger seat.

California Imports Inc. review
I had been looking for a vehicle for about 10 days and saw the car I had to have . California Imports Inc. was where I found the car and it was a great experience from start to finish. Gino the owner was a breath of fresh air. The Jeep Liberty I purchased was better then expected and Gino's down to earth personality put me at ease. I've bought about 15 cars in my life and this has been the best overall experience I've ever had car shopping. Thank you so much California Imports thank you Gino. 5 Stars all the way.
2012 Subaru Forester review
One of the most comfortable cars I have owned. The things I love best. the reliability of the vehicle, only regular maintenance with higher miles, The huge moon roof, and the simple design of the interior of car. This car is loaded yet has very minimal control buttons which is perfect for me rather than trying to figure out how to operate everything. Best car I have ever owned especially buying used with high miles.

I had been to a few dealerships before coming here and honestly wasn’t expecting much. Khaled made the whole experience feel different right away—no pressure, just real conversation and helpful guidance. He took the time to understand what I needed and didn’t try to push me into anything. Ended up leaving with a car I feel confident about. Appreciate the professionalism and how smooth everything was. Would definitely recommend working with him.

This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

2008 Subaru Outback review
I got this car unexpectedly from my stepdad 1 year ago. This is my 3rd outback. HAS 294,000 MILES on it right now. I had to catch up on some maintenance because it sat for 5 1/2 months I got it. Other than that, I highly recommend this car.

Phat's Auto Group review
Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!

Handles good. Wins safety awards, hope we never test that. We do like our 2015 better. My wife's sister's Tribeca kept them alive but was totaled. Can't seem to get the mileage it said on the sticker.

2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car three years old with less than 50K miles on it. I’ve loved it since we got it. It has been very reliable, fun to drive, with pretty minor drawbacks. For example the maintenance has been very minimal. I haven’t noticed ANY oil burning or leaking (I have personally changed the oil every 3-4K miles). Sometimes on long trips it will burn some oil and need a top off, which the car alerts us to. Overall I’d buy this car over and over as long as it fit my needs at the time. Currently looking into an Ascent for future hockey trips and other trips.
