I was looking for a Honda CR-V, and found a clean, low mileage, 4wd with a moonroof. Their were a couple of issues with the vehicle and they agreed to fix them. They found decent financing and helped me with transportation while they worked on the vehicle. My family purchased a used Vehicle. We were over an hour away from Clovis, but decided to make the drive. Seven years ago I came into Clovis VW and traded in a worn out BMW for a brand new Pass at.The lease deal was great and I have continued to lease new VWs and drive anew vehicle every two or three years. Great fuel mileage, fun to drive, and easy to take of, not to mention low monthly lease payments. Next car will definitely TDI VW. Thanks for making it easy.
I went to another dealership and had the bad stereotypical experience. I felt like the dealership was not giving me straightforward answers and would not even answer the questions I asked. Lithia Subaru Fresno was the complete opposite of this. Mason was super friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and was willing to answer questions after I purchased my car.
Had a great experience here. Found the vehicle listed online and made an email inquiry. The dealer responded swiftly and we were able to set up a test drive. The vehicle was used but very clean and in good working condition. They never tried to represent the van as amything other than what it was or sell me anything i did not need. They were not pushy and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. I will definitely check them out again before my next vehicle purchase.
