When I picked up the car it had all the options for the agrred upon price and was the desired color. Bryon has called to follow up and answered all my questions. I've been taking my Chevy vehicles to the Doyle Chevrolet service department for years and have always been treated with awesome customer service. So when the time came to purchase a new vehicle I did my research and decided to look into the Chevy Traverse. I stopped by randomly on a Saturday afternoon and met Phil Kunzer. He took the time to show my wife and I a few Traverse's on their lot, demonstrating and explaining all the features. We explained we just started the process and needed time to do our own research on various vehicles. Phil has been in the car industry for decades, but he's not the cliche car salesman. He allows you the time to go through the process at your own pace unlike other salesmen who try to close you within a few minutes. This was so refreshing. My wife and I researched and test drove the Explorer XLT the following week while staying in touch with Phil. He was very responsive to our emails and when I mentioned we wanted to come back for a test drive he had everything ready upon our arrival. I mean everything, he literally just handed us the keys as we walked in. This was completely different than my experience with other dealerships where I made appointments and ended up sitting around waiting for assistance. When we returned from our test drive my wife and I knew the Traverse was the vehicle for us. Phil was still a consummate professional, taking the time to go through different quotes and making sure we understood each detail. I admit, I never liked purchasing vehicles as I feel car salesmen are all the same, i.e. quantity over quality. However, Phil made us feel like a valued customer and treated us with patience and respect from beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Phil and the Doyle Chevrolet team if you're in the search for a new vehicle.

I absolutely love the 2016 Ford Fiesta I purchased from Doyle Subaru. This is the first car I've purchased, and my salesman Len Ciotti was fantastic! He was low pressure and made me feel at ease during the whole process. One of the electronic keys was damaged and he even arranged for a replacement to be made.
Shortly after taking my car home, I had an issue with a sensor in the hood. I called to make an appointment to bring it in and the service has continued to be amazing. They provided me with a beautiful 2018 Cruze as a loaner car, and even arranged for my car to go to a Ford dealership since it was a warranty issue. Tim in service has been great and kept me updated every step of the way, making what would typically be a stressful situation extraordinarily easy. Hands down, working with Doyle has been a pleasure!
