My husband and I bought our first Subaru yesterday from Subaru of Baton Rouge, where we were assisted by salesman Joshua Hughes. He was courteous, well informed about the model we wanted, and very helpful. I returned today with some questions (because I'm a tech idiot), and he was helpful and kind. We are delighted with the Outback and also with our experience with this dealership in the past two days

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Sammy and the team at Richards saved my road trip yesterday. I left the sunroof open on my CR-V and a rainstorm soaked the interior, causing an error code on the dash. Thankfully this dealership was nearby. They did a quick diagnostic and made sure it was safe to get back on the road, as home is three hours away. We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

I have nothing but praise for this dealer prior to and completion of this purchase transaction. From the time that USAA, working with the TRUE CAR website put me in contact with this dealer everything seemed to be going as preplanned. The personnel, from the internet section, the salesman, and the financial professional seemed to be working for a very smooth and customer friendly deal. I do have to say that an issue has come up after the sale, that the salesman and the sales manager are working on to assist in resolving a question that has come up concerning the appearance of the grill of the auto. In the photo of the automobile that I used to decide on this specific auto, a full front grill was shown. But after the purchase and when I arrived at home ,I discovered that the front of the auto was not as presented in the initial photograph. I do have to accept some responsibility for this because I did not do a complete walk around of the vehicle prior to the agreement to purchase, due to inclement weather. I just assumed that the auto was as I expected. I am willing to work with the sales team in order to resolve this issue.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I would rate my purchase A+. I purchased a pre owned vehicle from Richards Honda. Our salesman Alvin Washington was great he made us feel welcome and stress free. Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

Craig and the receptionist, who takes all payments, were very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and myself. From Craig personally retrieving my vehicle in the midst of a chaotic workload, to the receptionist double-checking with us a second time after we made our payment to make sure that we received our vehicle are the little things that make a HUGE difference. Job Well Done!!!

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

Had an oil change and everything was fine I Had to wait a little more than an hour in a half but other then that everything was ok

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.
