It was very nice and easy process. No hassle pricing made it easy and they actually offered good financing that beat my bank's rate. Very impressive. Only wish is that they offer full tank of gas.

The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

The shop personnel were polite and well knowledgeable of my Jeep and the problem that I had. They kept me aware of what was happening during my repair. Repairs were done on time according to their time line. During this process they kept my vehicle clean and without any damage.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Go with the 3.2 V 6 it has plenty of power. The Auto engine stop/start is terrible even if it does save gas it is too jerky

Owner of a 2020 Model for 3 yrs. We only bought it because of the color. Crimson Cayan Metallic. Black Interior. Ours is an LT FWD model. It has a few options which I'm going to say were nice but coming from a Cadillac as a daily driver, it still lacking certain touches my 08 DTS had. Heated Steering is almost a absolute requirement these days. Northern Midwest winters while fairly mild can pack a bit of punch sometimes. But this car had heated seats so i forgave it's fault this time and just bought driving gloves. Its reliability is unfaltering. I'm only at 52K and just now starting to look for tires and brakes for it. I feel like i have driven the wheels off this thing for $30 a week and regular oil changes. Android Auto has been a has been a gift. what system integration. We are on the hunt for a newer model now with more toys in it. But we have decided to keep the Equinox as a backup car. She wont let me Let her go.

I was able to make an appointment on online that the dealership honored. I was able to test drive the car that I wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. But mostly it was a good experience because they were honest with me. I did not end up purchasing from them yet, however, I would trust them in the future if I wanted to purchase a car.

I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.
