2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Good price for a good car not great but good. As a fairly wide-bodied retiree front sear comfort is on par with airline seats. Too narrow and hard. SUV looks good and runs good but for long trips no way.

Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I wish someone had told me about it before I purchased it. It wasn't gonna change my mind, but I'd appreciated an explanation. I still don't know why it's different....
2021 Subaru Forester review
Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class review
My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

2012 Kia Sportage review
Bought our 2012 Kia Sportage EX used in 2017. Drawn to the stylish exterior of the EX version. Relatively low mileage with leather seats and 2.4 litre engine, larger than the standard 2.0 in other comparable cross-overs ( Hyundai and Mazda). This vehicle has been one of the most comfortable and reliable vehicles we have ever owned. Now have 220k KM with only standard maintenance. Tires, battery, filters and fuel. We take several long trips each year from Alberta to BC and have found the Kia comfortable and powerful through the mountain passes. The one disappointment is the failure of the UVO stereo system in past year. The speakers stopped working as the section of the amplifier that transmits signal stopped working. Replacement audio unit from Kia is overpriced at CDN 900. This has been our only problem. Like the styling, performance and reliability of this vehicle.

2025 Audi Q6 e-tron review
My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

2023 Jeep Wrangler review
First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D
2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid review
I’ve had many Subarus in the past, but wanted a hybrid vehicle. So glad I did with these gas prices! I’m getting 41mpg right now. My favorite things are the trunk kick open feature, my hands are always full. I love the heated steering wheel too. I have the flat matte gray color, I receive lots of compliments and color hides dirt well. Handles well on road, drives nicely. Only thing I would change is size of cup holders, they are small.
