My experience at Banister Nissan Norfolk was a very positive one. It began with a very warm welcome from Mr. Hegg, the General Manger. Upon learning we were there to look for a first car for my grandson, Mr. Hegg engaged in a conversation with him which was appreciated. He then introduced us to Mr. Porter, the salesperson. Mr. Porter was great. He was very patient, attentive and understanding. He answered all questions with clarity frequently asking if we had further questions. My grandson is tall and Mr. Porter, wanting the best fit for him, had my grandson sit in several cars until the right fit was found. A car was decided on, one that was not only comfortable but fun to drive. Mr. Porter took the time to discuss to the importance of adhering to the maintenance schedule, set up his first appointment and took him on a tour of the service department. He discussed the need for safe driving and reviewed the safety and technology features in the car. Mr. Hegg, Mr. Porter, Mr. Swan (Finance Manager) were great and provided my daughter, grandson and myself a very memorable experience.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

My sales rep, Emre, he is a very nice and patient guy to work with. He explained detail information about buying and leasing. He has full knowledge about car performance and excellent customer service skill. The transaction is so smooth without any difficulties. I recommend him to my friends and I will definitely see it again with my next vehicle.

Jim Bowman, retired US Marine, sold us a 2007 Chevy Silverado. He was a nice, no-pressure salesman. Great sense of humor, very friendly guy, will definitely see him again if we ever need another car.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

Michael was knowledgeable , personable, honest and patient . These character traits were demonstrated in the process of purchasing our Honda. The Ridgeline is a fantastic vehicle.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Perfect vehicle for a regular working stiff. It fits lots of stuff and still handles like a sports car. It’s also a subtle flex at work.

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

It would have been nice to have an opportunity to make more than one selection as the professional customer service, and the ease and comfort in dropping my vehicle off and being placed in a loaner vehicle was great. Everything from start to finish (vehicle pick-up as well) was done in a timely manner. Overall it was an outstanding experience. Respectfully, Vanessa Arnette

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I was in search of a used car for my wife and after looking online we noticed that this dealership had a 2011 Ford Taurus for sale at a great price with less than 70K (Clean CarFax). I was contacted by Amy with internet sales to schedule a test drive and the following day my wife and I met with Roy. After the test drive we went inside to look at some numbers to see if we can make the deal work and we were in/out from start to finish in less than 90 minutes with our preapproved check from Navy Fed. There was condensation in the right rear tail light and they even ordered and replaced it within a week. Excellent customer service and professionalism! Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

The service team was awesome sauce!!!!! could have used a car wash though. :-) The car was delivered back in good condition and in a timely manner during these times.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

They made the buying experience very easy - the whole process probably took less than 2 hours, from walking in the door to signing the paperwork.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Mr Bob Williams was the sales associate that helped me purchase my 2014 f150. He and the manager, Mr. Tony went out of their way to meet me in the middle to help me afford this vehicle. They were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly for being a woman, they treated me as an equal!!! Husband is deployed so I shopped solo and they were the best dealership I talked to. (I’ve been shopping around for a few years just waiting on the right deal and I can honestly say that the team at Hampton Volvo was the best I’ve worked with in Hampton Roads!!!) This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.
