I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

I recently traded my 2014 Hyundai Sonata for a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited; both were purchased at St. Augustine Hyundai. From day one, in 2014, when I purchased my 2014 Sonata, I have received nothing less than an unparalleled experience. Mastering the ability to balance and give one the space necessary to be able to look around, but in no way feeling neglected or ignored. Because of this, I would take my car back to the dealership for any maintenance and upkeep. After a decade, and an experience that was genuinely second to none… It was Leon in Sales, Travis in management, Danny and Justin in the service department… I felt that sincere sense of loyalty and I just knew I wasn’t going to get the same experience anywhere else.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

After a very stressful week of looking for a new car, Beaver Toyota and Product Specialist Seth Cameron were a breath of fresh air. Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

This Toyota dealership is the benchmark for what Toyota dealerships should be. Since moving to Florida I have dealt with multiple Toyota dealerships and Beaver Toyota tops them all! No need to be constantly looking over your shoulder here, they always take the high road and try to do the right thing. It was a refreshing experience from the moment we contacted Mike Elkin through Cars.com. Mike did a fantastic job taking care of us and quickly wrapping up our purchase. The dealer and purchase fees are fair here and disclosed up front (unlike other Toyota dealerships that hide huge used car fees). They are a two hour drive from us, but honestly we are excited to return just to visit again.

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

I always had excellent service from Honda Vinart in Pennsylvania. Moving in August 2017 to Jax, I made sure to have my car serviced at Honda of the Avenues. Ryan Esloon, service tech, explained all to me re oil change and brake fluid etc. Very impressed with how he treated me. And I requested to have him again Sept 4 2018. Again the same wonderful treatment. Honda is really lucky to have him. He explained all to me and came again, because my tires were not good. My Accord is 2007, so not a surprise. I had 4 Michelin tires and feel really safe driving now. Thank you so much for Ryan--Again He is AWESOME!!!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. Rory is definitely an awesome guy who has known us since we 1st step foot on their lot and been coming back ever since. Zac Hewitt was an amazing guy who made sure we were taken care of and made sure he followed up on everything from beginning to the end! I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Great vehicle! Smooth ride, great mileage, love the display screen and all the built in features. Love the built in wireless carplay, wireless, charging and USB-C ports in both front and back seats!

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.
