We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Bought our first Subaru in 2022, the experience was so great when we decided to upgrade to an Ascent we went back to Sunset Hills and to Aaron Smith, our salesman. Didn’t like the cost of new car, but the whole experience was top notch. All our questions were answered easily and even the financing was a good experience with Rich. The whole process and procedure went smoothly.

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

I love my 2018 Kia Sportage. I love it have a lane detector spot as well as traffic detector for safety other than that is a very nice car.

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

We have purchased 6 cars or trucks from Dave Sinclair Ford or Lincoln. They have always treated us well during and after the sell. We tried to buy a Chevy EV Bolt this month but the service was so bad we choose to keep our Lincoln instead. If I had not moved to the east coast last year, I would continue to only buy from Dave Sinclair.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.
