2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

2024 Buick Enclave review
This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.

2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Kia Sorento EX 4-cylinder turbo with the Premium package for around seven years now, and have been impressed with the ride, the mileage (up to the high 20's on the highway-fully loaded!), and the durability of the interior. We have used it to snowbird to Fl every year. With the second seat down, the car has great storage capacity, and with the spare tire mounted underneath the car, and no third row seat, there is additional secure storage under the cargo mat. We bought the car used with around 24,000 miles with an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles), and besides the routine brake and tire renewals, have had few issues, besides a transaxle that leaked and was replaced under the extended warranty. Kia has had issues with the 4-cylinder turbo engine (as had other car brands)! and, as a result, a few years ago extended the powertrain warranty for the engine from 100,000 to 150,000 miles. On the way back from FL. in May we noticed a loss in power, pulled off the highway near Columbia, SC and had the car towed to a Kia dealership on that Saturday evening. The short version here is that after renting a car and returning to NJ, we initiated discussions with the SC dealer to qualify our car for the 150k warranty, which after a week or two were successful. The engine was repaired and a new turbocharger, starter motor, and intake cylinder were also installed at no additional cost to us. We decided to have the car delivered back to NJ. The message here is that if you decide to purchase a used Kia with a 4-cylinder turbo engine, be sure to have the engine thoroughly evaluated, particularly if you are considering a vehicle with 100,000 miles or more. And, if you currently own one and the engine fails, be sure to maintain good service records, get your car diagnosed by Kia, and patiently prepare for a lengthy discussion with the upper Kia echelon to ensure that your repair is covered under warranty. Given the delay in the repair of our Sorento, we needed to purchase another Kia, here in NJ - a 2023 Telluride. I was not in any way, shape, or form in the market for a car in today's market. My car was paid for, I was completely happy with it for the time being, and not having a payment was one less thing to worry about. My paid off car, with no payments, was totaled while sitting in a parking spot on a main street a few weeks ago. Out the window went my "keep my paid off car until the market gets better plans"! After much research (I live in Athens County), I discovered Don Wood had a decent inventory across all of their locations, so off to Athens I went (I went to the Don Wood Toyota location). Sales Consultant, Bruce Simpkins, is the best, kindest, most caring sales person I have met to date (I have bought at least 17 cars over the years)! I explained my situation, but unfortunately, finding a decent car with less than 100,000 miles for under $15,000 in today's market, is a struggle. The struggle was so real, I left discouraged and unable to find anything that evening. The next day I received a text from Bruce letting me know they had just received a vehicle with low mileage. He had the car cleaned, detailed, and ready for me to test drive when I came in, and I bought the car. Financing was made easy by Donna, in finance, who was also a joy to work with, and was able to help me navigate a warranty purchase. He made what was an extremely stressful situation into an enjoyable experience for someone that had no choice but to purchase a vehicle during a pandemic with the current car sales market. He took the time to listen to my situation, evaluate my needs, and was kind and thoughtful. He found the perfect car for me, with low mileage (34,000), at the right price, so I am forever grateful. Side note, he also set up installation for an add-on I wanted on the car, at a great price, with a car to drive while mine is having the work completed. His communication and follow through was top notch! If you are in the market for a vehicle, regardless of your circumstance, go see Bruce Simpkins and support a kind human!
2021 Volkswagen Atlas review
Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

2020 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

2025 Nissan Rogue review

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!
