It can absolutely do whatever you need for daily life. This has it all: storage of a truck/van, compact body of a city car, funky fresh looks of nothing else. All it can't do is race and haul which most people do not need. You can sleep in the back comfortably (I am 6'6 and can do it) and hold any camping equipment you would need. It can do some *light* off roading with some good tires even. The engine and transmission with proper care can last 400k miles easy. All for under 5k.

Shopped around for an all electric car. We test dove them all including all of the high-ends and Tesla. Volvo met our needs the best, and the customer experience was topnotch.

Marland Saul of ‘Volvo Cars of Tucson’, is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We are from Alaska and were shopping for late model vehicles out of state for better selection and a possible road trip adventure home. Starting with Email then phone inquiries regarding used late model XC-90s, Marland kept us informed of current and incoming inventory, without the pressure that many dealers are using during the Covid Pandemic. Example: “this won’t be here long, you better put a deposit down now.” We made appointment to visit him and test drive vehicles while Tucson. My wife and her mother, also looking for future vehicle, spent an afternoon with him driving 3 different vehicles and getting educated about the product line. On a different day together we spent another afternoon with him driving different vehicles and further getting educated. this is a well engineered vehicle with outstanding fuel economy . I just got 137 mpge on a short to the store and I was running on ev only.The car Goes 26 mile on ev only and then the hybrid takes over for 450 Miles.

brought new in 2021 great vehicle. Many safety features, ride is very comfortable. Until 21,000 miles ( Refill inverter fluid warning light ). continually coming on even after many visits to dealership. Fluid change, electric water pump replaced, more changing of fluid, Still recurring. another appointment made to dealership soon. I really don't think they know what's causing the light to come on? I think its a heat problem when engine is cool its off as soon as engine gets hot Boom! light goes on !. but my experience goes unheard?

armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

This was my first buy here and it won’t be my last. My sales rep Kris was helpful, respectful and polite. I got a yes on everything I wanted. He wasn’t pushy which is what I usually expect. The finance manager was just as nice (Vince). Again, no pressure but he found a warranty that fit the bill for me, inexpensive also because I don’t put much mileage on my cars. I highly recommend this dealership, especially the guys I worked with.

I bought used 2021 with 19,000 miles. I now have 53,400 on odometer with no issues or problems. I have replaced tires/rear brakes-normal wear. I had a local Nissan dealership CVT transmission recommended service @ 50,000 miles ( no one else can service) cost $320.00. I have had zero issues thus far. I need to do transfer case/rear serviced at 60,000. I pay for a full service oil change every 5,000 miles which is imperative for vehicle reliability. DO THE SMALL SERVICES !!! the few dollars spent will save you from spending for major repairs later…. My father taught me this. A car is the WORST investment you can make so take care of it. I buy a car and keep til the wheels fall off and love having a reliable vehicle and no car payment.

A lot of the other reviews go over build quality, features, comfort, etc.. Briefly I will say after being in this car for almost 9 years: the car (especially the XLE/sport model) is on the stiffer side and can be harsh. The upside is that it feels incredibly planted and there is minimal body roll. It is easy fun to take on windy roads with the "Sport" setting, which further tightens the ride. Road noise is not the best. Wind and tire noise is om the louder side. Materials are nothing super premium in the XLE, but the interior is built like a tank and has held up well. No electrical issues. The engine and transmission are fantastic. The small 4 cylinder makes the car sporty with 187 HP and it is also silent. It has a pleasant sound when accelarating and you hardly hear it. The transmission is a 6 speed, but is overall good. Smooth shifting in both sport and city driving. Reliability-wise this car has been absolutely fantastic. The car has been lazily maintained and is currently at 220,000 miles. It still drives and shifts very smoothly. This car is a sportier crossover. It is a good choice for somebody who wants more sport compared to say a CRV. It is and has been proven to be reliable though.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

Great dealership friendly staff no pressure sales clean facilities stopped by to find the Jeep of my choice answered all questions any issues found they took care of right away.

I shopped around and found that BL's price on our vehicle TRULY was BETTER THAN ANY OTHER DEALER on the same vehicle and ours even had significantly fewer miles than ALL the others. Better price + less miles = win for us! There was a financing glitch with our bank just days after the sale. Sunny, in BL's acct dept, caught it immediately and fixed it. Had my bank fixed the problem on their end that they created, this would have been transparent to us, but my bank only made matters worse! Sunny was exceptionally helpful in explaining the problem and helping to get it resolved. I also had to replace two tires right after we bought the vehicle, but with my crazy schedule, I just didn't have time to return to Bill Luke. Since I was back at BL's working this finance issue, I decided to mention it. I explained the problem and presented them with a dated receipt and pictures. Now they didn't have to do anything about it, since this was over a month prior, but their first concern was making this right by me and that's exactly what they did, no hassles. Many thanks to Sunny and to the Manager for going above & beyond! This is the kind of customer service that'll bring us back when we're looking for our next vehicle!

Amazing car that will literally drive you anywhere from point A to B all by itself. Very comfortable and relaxing and fast acceleration as well!

My husband and I are always hesitant to visit dealerships but due to the great inventory we saw at Bill Luke Marana we decided to go in-person and test drive an EV. As we walked up, we were graciously welcomed by Rolando. From the get-go, Rolando was friendly and professional. We had called in advance and he already had the EV we wanted to see prepped and ready for us, no time wasted. We really appreciated Rolando’s vast knowledge and quick ability to answer any and all of our questions as we test drove the car and after. We loved the car we test drove and ultimately bought it, the entire buying process was efficient and thorough. Honestly, if we hadn’t work with someone like Rolando we probably wouldn’t have bought the car. We like to feel valued and heard when making a big purchase like this, and truly it was because of Rolando we decided to buy from Bill Luke Marana dealership. Rolando is a gem and we are thankful to be treated with respect and kindness during a process that we were scared of. Thank you Rolando, you’re a superstar!

Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

Recently bought a newish Toyota Camry. Rolando was very helpful and made everything run smoothly.

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

Chris was great. After the original vehicle I wanted fell through he quickly showed me to a new one that fit my criteria perfectly and honestly even better. Their vehicle intake must be really flawed though consider the car is was looking at initially was really scuffed in many different ways. Same with a few others on the lot that looked like they should’ve gone straight to auction. But the process was painless nonetheless.

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.
