I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.
2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Bought an RX350plus H yesterday. Thought I would have buyers remorse. Loved my 2016 Highlander. It was perfect, never failed me. Once I sat in the driver's seat in the new Lexus, knew I had made the right decision. Salesperson James was patient and directed me through the new techniques of driving the car. The RX is quiet - really quiet. It handles well and there is more than enough power. It is comfortable. There is plenty of room for our German Shorthair and luggage. The finishing touches are excellent and thoughtful. The odometer showed that the car can go over 500 miles on 13 gallons of gas. I live 60 miles west of Kansas City and Hendrick's North Auto. They will pick the car up for service, leave me a loaner and then return my car. Yeah Lexus, thank you. Tam

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I could never imagine owning a vehicle as large as the Grand Wagoneer but after driving it for 10 months, I really like it! There is ample room, it is powerful, the ride is very smooth and the driver visibility is without peer. WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! 2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2021 Lexus LX 570 review
I had to get this LX570 since it is the last year of the mighty 5.7L V8. Traded my GX460 for it and while GX was a very nice truck, this one is on a whole different level. Comfort? Superb! Power? Gobbles of it! Seating position? Supreme! Fuel economy? LOL! If you buy a 5.7L V8 4WD 6000lbs SUV and worry about fuel economy - you just bought a wrong car! Sell it and buy a Prius! If it remains reliable I intend to keep it for the next 10+ years! Yes market is crazy right now and gas prices are through the roof, but if you ever wanted to have a tough off-road V8 beast dressed in a fine suit - this is your last chance to grab one of those in pristine condition.

2018 Lexus LX 570 review
This is the second LX I've owned. Only traded in the last one after 8 years because I wanted the two-row version. Never had a day of trouble with the last one; same with this one after 3 years. May not have quite the same fancy electronic play things as others, but it is built to last, can go about anywhere, seems to love steep mountain grades, rides comfortably, and is easy to park with the bird's eye view system despite its size. My dogs would tell you they like it, too.
