Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Had an initial bad experience with this service center but once the service manager (George) contacted me and ask for a chance to earn my business back I agreed to give it another shot. George was very attentive e to what I needed and gave me updates as the work was completed. I must say I am very impressed with the work and will from now on use this service center for any future service issues. Very satisfied.

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

We have owned our 2015 for two years now - got her used from a family member with about 55k miles. The car is comfortable, fast, huge, and gets great mileage for its size and weight - about 21mpg with a mix of city of highway miles and I'm shocked by that. This is the year they put the 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 in the GL450 - not sure what other years they did, but I highly recommend this engine. V6's are often marketed as having V8 power when they really don't, but this one absolutely has V8 power. It even sounds like a V8. You can certainly feel the car's heft on turns in country roads, but it weighs basically 3 tons fully loaded. It feels very safe and is super quiet inside - build quality is superb. It feels like a fast, luxury tank. I love it and I'm going to drive it as long as I possibly can.

I have owned this Tahoe LTZ since 2011. I have about 100K for miles. Other than regular maintenance, I have not had one problem in 14 years. The electric stabilizer is great for loads and never dips in the rear. I used to trade cars every two years but it still drives like new and looks great. Only thing I would change is addition of telescopic steering wheel and ability to program new key fobs (2011 requires a trip to the dealer). Cory Gore 02/25

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

Great service at Fields Winter Park! In for my annual service and oil change. Nothing major, so decided to wait while the work was done. Arie, my service advisor, kept me posted and worked with the technicians to move things along quickly. I was sent videos of each inspection, fortunately all with good news. Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I have owned many trucks in my life, but my 2000 Ford Excursion was the greatest vehicle I have ever owned because of its flawless reliability, luxury, safety beyond anything I could possibly drive, and the gorgeous looks INSIDE & OUT. Freezing AC in all THREE compartments from drivers seat, 2nd row, and third row that are all adjustable. Gorgeous leather, the Best V10 engine ever made, & it still gets decent gas mileage. I love this truck, as FORD went out of their way to beat any truck ever made. MY FAVORITE VEHICLE....my LIMO.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.
