I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24. Josh Baldwin, the service manager, was very proactive communicating with me via text on the diagnosis, estimated cost to repair, and estimated time to repair. Their technician made a video showing and explaining where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Their entire service process felt open and honest, unlike other dealers' service departments I've dealt with.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

I had called about a car the day before and was told to ask for Leo when I arrived. Leo was a pleasant person to work with, knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions I had about the car I was interested in. I was very pleased and felt Leo was trying to make buying this car a good experience.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

Amazing SUV! I love it... 285K miles and going strong. 2 teenagers have learned to drive on it and it's now 20 years old. Bought it new off the let and never regretted it. Only the paint is starting to fail on the hood. Even took it to the Middle East for two years on a move there. Still gets decent mileage if I drive it carefully. Truly awesome and looking to buy an older 4runner like it for my kids as they head off to college.

I was looking at a 2015 Ford F-150 that they had listed on their website. I made an appointment with Alec and came in the next day to look at it. He and the team at Gladstone Mitsubishi made sure that all my needs were met and I was happy. The buying process was very smooth and easy. I didn't feel forced or pressured like at the other dealerships I visited prior! Loved the team and hospitality provided.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.
