Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!
2001 Toyota 4Runner review
I bought my 4 Runner new in 2001, it's now 2023 and still running strong. I think I have an emotional attachment to it at this point. The car has been with me almost 1/2 my life. I drive that faded paint car like a badge of honor, because it shows there was a time in my life, when I made a really good decision!

2012 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

2008 Ford Explorer review
I have had this car for about two years, the V8 version. It is one of the best cars I've ever had. It has tons of space and is really reliable I wouldn't hesitate taking it anywhere. Haven't had to do anything major only routine oil changes and such. The explorer won't be the best on gas but if you're looking for something dependable this one is it.

2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

They need to bring them back but keep the same shape and the simple and easy inside, not make them look like mini vans on wheels or add a 3rd row seat. Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.

I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

2002 Ford Explorer Sport review
I love this car so much. If I could have my 2002 Ford Explorer for the rest of my life, I would. I’ve easily put ~40,000 miles on it since I got it (it was already at around 80,000!) and I haven’t paid for a single repair aside from a window that wouldn’t roll up. Oil changes and regular check ups. That’s it. HUGE car with tons of space for both people and/or cargo. I can fit my 10 foot surfboard in here with every door closed, it’s awesome. Needless to say, everyone comes to me for help moving. I will be searching for the most similar car when I need to give this one up someday.

2013 Toyota Venza review
I just bought this 2013 4 cylinder Venza with 126K miles on it. I have the base LE trim. My primary reason for buying it is because I am 6'4" tall and this model does not have a sunroof. All cars with a sunroof have lower head room. The only minor issue is the suspension is very firm and I feel every bump. But that firm ride also makes emergency high speed maneuvers safe. There is no top heavy rocking like most SUVs suffer from.

2008 Saturn Vue review
I have owned two 2008 Saturn Vue. First one had a accident where was hit by a pickup truck doing roughly 45 mph, in the rear. The deck behind rear seats and chasis observed the impact. No one in car was hurt. Second Vue now has 213,000 miles on it. Just replaced replaced radiator. Replaced wheel bearing, caliper, rotors and tires all way around car. Good inexpensive transportation. Engine could use more guts. But it gets you down the road.

2017 FIAT 500X review
I put 66,000 miles on my first one before a roll-over accident. It was my daily driver & for weekend trips and was still going strong when it got rolled (no fault of the car!). When it rolled? It barely got dented! It saved my life. I now own a second one. Concerned about reliability? The Jeep Renegade is the EXACT same car with a different body! How many of those do you see every day! lol I'm 67 and I've owned and raced sports cars all my life. This crossover handles nimble & quick w/no body roll. Suspension is firm but with a smooth ride. The electric power steering is TIGHT & satin-smooth, with a turning radius that is AMAZINGLY tight. If your model has a backup camera, the "guide" lines turn w/the steering & are VERY accurate! It gets good gas mileage and has very good driving position w/comfortable, adjustable seats for long trips. It can accommodate even the tallest person. It's loaded with a lot of standard features (w/personalization) that are normally found in more expensive cars. Some 500X models come w/heated steering wheel, seats and/or wipers and even anti-collision radar. It's very quiet. No engine noise OR wind noise & nominal road noise. It's VERY roomy with a good-sized load area. Ive been able to fit very large items. The 9speed automatic transmission & 2.4L engine give you great acceleration & pull at any speed. The shifting can be snappy in city driving but it's very smooth shifting on curvy roads or on the highway. I prefer a manual transmission, BUT this transmission has a SPORT mode which alters the shifting nicely & also a manual-shift features which works very good in SPORT mode. The heater works quickly in cold weather and the A/C works great on the hottest days. It has TWO glove compartments. The smaller one is cooled and heated via the climate-control system. The "Beats" audio system has the best "stereo-imaging" but the Bose system has better "lows" overall. I've been VERY happy with this car, that's why I got the second one right after the accident!

2009 BMW X5 review
I bought my 2009 X5 4.8 liter used with 40k miles on it. Driven it 110,000 additional miles to date and it has been an AWESOME car. Reliable, strong and drives more like a sports car than an SUV. The body style has been overhauled by BMW 3 times since then, yet even at this age the car looks elegant and solid inside and out. German engineering at its best!! Can't wait to get my new one.

I met him a few days later and spent about three hours there test driving the vehicle I was interested in. Him and his son were very very patient and kind with me . I brought my dad with me to check everything out since he’s a seasoned mechanic and he ended up approving of the car I wanted and we put our deposit down and picked it up the next day! Raj answered every question I had he went over everything in fine detail and spent a lot of time talking with us. I’m a mother of three so the car I have must be dependable and safe. Raj helped me get just that! He even talked with me on the phone a few days later to help me figure out a few things on my new car. Him and his son were so helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I was knowledgeable about the process and helped me navigate through everything! I would definitely recommend them for to friends and family! I love my “new to me” car!! Thank you Raj for everything you did to help me get this vehicle!!
2016 GMC Terrain review
I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

2014 MINI Countryman review
The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.
