I had the best time picking out my new vehicle. The staff was friendly an helpful and best of all so patient. I love my new Sonata and I am so thankful they were ab;le to work with me on my budget. They even have free car washes on Saturdays I would recommend to this place to anyone looking to buy and who wants to be treated honestly and fairly.

I read a few of the other reviews so I will not repeat what others have said. I wanted a Limited, but I could only find a base model with AWD. I almost didn't buy it, but that would have been a mistake. The base model with AWD comes with the heat pump which is a plus. I purchased in NJ and drove it back to AL for FREE. The 2 years of 30-minutes free charging at Electrify America charging stations is wonderful. You get free 30-minute sessions per charging location. Drive another 200-250 miles to the next charging station and tou get another 30 minutes of charging for free. Yes, it charges from 10% to 80% in 15-20 minutes if you use a 350kW charger. The max charging rate i experienced was 245 kW. Most of the charging stations are in the parking lot of a Super Wal-Mart withing 2 miles of an interstate exit. I find that I don't miss all the things I thought I would miss from the higher trims. The fabric seats are comfortable and the Scotch Guard works extremely well. I miss a rear windshield wiper, but I treated the glass with RainX and that has worked well. If all you can find is a base model with AWD, go for it! I would hesitate on a base model with RWD if acceleration matters to you.

I have just leased a 330i with the internet sales manager Sami Asadourian, and I am truely happy with the process and the final deal I got. I am from the Bay area and I have visited numerous dealers in the Bay area before coming to the new century BMW. I even went to another dealer in person in LA before coming to the new century, not to mention I have called many before flying to LA. Among all the experiences, I have to say that Sami was the most honest, transparent, and respectful salesperson that I met. I went directly to him and asked about the resulidual rate, the money factor, and the MSRP, etc. He gave me all the numbers without a doubt, and on top of that, a great satisfying discount. It was pleasant to do business with Sami, and I definitely will lease my next car with him in 3 years.

I’ve owned a 2020 x3m competition since the month they were released. First let me knock out rough ride thing. If you ride on the stock Conti summer tires all the time, yes it can be rough. I switched to to Michelin all weather after 11,000 miles and it made a huge difference! A much better more comfortable ride Side note: when I would swap Conti to winter tires also a huge difference! The stock summer tires that come on the car are incredible for handling on a track which the car was made for but, the car feels much better with Michelin all sports all seasons. This car makes me happy every time I drive it ! So much fun to drive!

We met Sami Asadourian when we went to BMW New Century looking for an X3. We had initially looked at a loaner special to lease, and Sami took us for a test drive. After the test drive, we realized the car doesn’t have one of the options we absolutely wanted. Sami was very helpful in locating another vehicle that has all of the options we wanted. After a couple of hours of negotiation and finally came to an agreement on the terms, we went to look at the car – only to find out it doesn’t have something else we wanted. We were all tired and decided we should just go home. Sami told us he will find the car we both wanted, down to each options and packages. Boy did he come through! He called us the next day to let us know he found the car we wanted. To top it off, it’s an even better car – 2019, instead of 2018, and a better monthly payment! When we got to the dealer, the car was washed and ready to go. All we had to do was take care of paperwork. He made the process seamless, and made sure we wouldn't have to spend too much time there on our second day. All in all, we are very happy with our new car and very grateful for Sami’s dedication in finding us the perfect car. We would definitely go back to Sami for our future car needs, and we would highly recommend him to our family & friends, and to anyone shopping for a new BMW.

Great and reliable vehicle. New Engine and new Transmission were installed recently. It has a very smooth ride, a hearty V8 engine, and ample cargo space

Shawn Nguyen is one of the most honest service advisor. Unbeknownst to them, Buena Park BMW made an inexcusable mistake with my car and New Century brought it to my attention and rectified the issue. Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I bought a Defender 90 P400 when I got tired of waiting for a Bronco and couldn't be happier. As soon as I got it I went on a 3000 mile cross country trip including a stop in Texas for hunting where it traversed rocky and steep trails as well as hauling game. It did everything without a hitch and has been rock solid. So much quieter and more comfortable than the Bronco, and probably 80% as capable offroad. Will cruise all day in quiet at 90 even with off road tires. My favorite car purchase and that includes Lexus, Corvette, BMW M5/M240, GMC Denali, Ford Platinum. Waited 8 months but worth it.

This car is solid, quality built and a blast to drive. It is the sports beast you expect at the over 100k new price point. Do not waste your time on the base model unless that is all you can afford, otherwise spend a little extra on the “S”.

My wife forgot her iPhone i the car while they took it for repair. The phone had a Coco-Chanel case that?s more expensive than the device, yet, we found the phone right where she left it. Honesty is rare these days, and find an organization the upholds that quality is something very special. This Mercedes SUV does not disappoint. The AMG 603 HP engine has real get up and go and yet all the comforts of a large SUV.

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

Amazing experience coming from another (not to be mentioned) dealership that never gave me as much as an hello. Walked over to Lexus and was greeted upon arrival. This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

Amir is a great guy and took care of me from the first time I called and all the way till I drove off with my vehicle. Although the sales manager did try to up the price, I stood my ground and got an AMAZING deal! The car I bought did have a damaged bumper and they replaced it with a new one, but it was not installed correctly (there is still a slight gap on the side, but it's not a huge deal) - otherwise I would have given quality of repairs 5 stars. They did detail the car very nicely. they have a nice selection of cars and... did I mention Amir is a great guy?

This is my 4th EV, almost 4k miles in a month (bought the car in NY and drove it back to CA). Ride is very comfortable, you get all the options with the limited trim which is very nice. Very roomy inside and comes with all the latest safety technology.

Not sure if this was the car for me, but they were responsive and courteous. They answered my questions completely and offered to show me the car.

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

Spoke with Mina himself… Discussed my trade-in, sent photos, got an estimate of what my trade-in was worth and negotiated a sale of a car I really wanted. I have two children, so I didn’t have time to waste, and the dealership accommodated me so well. All of the numbers were discussed before I arrived, so all I needed to do was test drive and fill out paperwork. It was easy, fast, and I got a great car! This car is fun and reliable. Much better quality than the newer ones. Unless you need the features of the new ones, find a 98-2006.

Finally pulled the trigger and purchase a brand new Sequoia about a year ago. It has been a dream. Roomy, reliable and comfortable. A true family vehicle. We use it for transporting hordes of kids, skiing and road trips. We'll enjoy it for many years to come.
