The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

Despite this being the final year offered (the CX-90 will replace it soon) the CX-9 is still a looker. The 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the 2.5L turbo has plenty of power to move this 4200 pound AWD, SUV. Seats are very comfortable in both first and middle and I keep the third row folded down leaving a good sized cargo area for hauling groceries, 50lb bags of birdseed, softener salt and anything else I need to carry. And I absolutely love the way this thing handles! It feels far more like a nimble car than a 3 row SUV. The 12 speaker Bose sound system is clear and powerful. The cabin is very quiet at all speeds. The ride is firm but solid and comfortable. Not a squeak or rattle. I have the Carbon Edition and I feel it looks as fresh as any new three row mid-sized SUV out there. I traded my 2019 Ram Limited (an incredibly luxurious truck for the Mazda and I was concerned about adapting to a smaller vehicle but the CX-9 is everything I could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone who enjoys driving and has to occasionally carry some bulky stuff to consider one of these before they're gone.

My wife and I were in the market for an SUV that was rugged yet cush… Sat in the 4Runner but never drove it because we wanted to get in the Land Cruiser. We had previously test drove the Ineos Grenadier- great car but it was heavy on the off road but lighter on comfort. A wage recently bout the Land Cruiser and loves it. I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

So, I know better than to purchase a new vehicle when the manufacturer makes major modifications to an existing model but bought the newly revamped (at least its' electronics) Q5. Before 3000 miles, had significant issues with the MMI. Brought the vehicle to the local dealership and was informed that the software required a significant update. Made the whole process as quick & easy as possible. We live 2hrs away from dealer location & I had been exhaustively car searching & kept going back to a specific vehicle at Auto Nation. The deal felt too good to pass up. I work full time & have small children, so I am not the best at communicating especially over the phone. They were patient with me communicating with me over text & always responded quickly. I did shop around for financing options but with a quick online form & a super brief phone call, they took care of my financing at a good rate.. maybe not the best, but frankly the convenience of it all was worth it. We last minute headed to the dealer (with our small kids) late afternoon & did not arrive until a little after 6pm (they closed at 7pm). The vehicle was pulled up front & ready to test drive, instantly loved it. I never felt rushed even though we ended up being there until after they closed. The physical location was very clean, my kids made themselves right at home. Everyone we had interactions with was very friendly & helpful. They made things at quick as possible, we sealed the deal & off we went!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.
