2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Jose was great to work with, this was probably the shortest amount of time I’ve been in a dealership. Showed up on Saturday evening and test drove the car was there about 20-30 minutes, contacted them by phone Monday and I did everything I could do over the phone then got there after work Monday and was there 30 minutes finalizing everything. Out of those 30 minutes we did have to wait 10 because Jose was already with another customer. A no pressure environment and very nice people.
2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. 2011 Porsche Cayenne review
Hottest Cayenne Turbo in area (country?). Lots of custom running improves and cosmetic upgrades. All service done and records available. Quiet powerful luxury. 500+ hp and neck snapping torque. Special vehicle takes special owner. Get out of the pack and move to the front. Not interested in low baller or negotiating. In other words price is firm! Buying 2013 Panamera Turbo S so need to move my “baby”. Read Less

Super cool looking. Sought after and very easy to work on. There are tons of after market parts for this vehicle. I just sold my 68 for 12K and it had ratty seats from an old 77 comet, and no back seat. 7 years ago it was worth half that.

2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I bought a 22 Ford Bronco from Clement Ford in December 22 and have had on scheduled service which went great using the valet service they provide. However, what really impressed me was this week I had an issue with the bead locks on my wheels. I spoke to Jerry and Alex in their service department and they were able remove the bolts I was having issues with, allowed me to use the valet service once again, and didn't even charge me for the time. I'm very happy with my experience with them so far!
2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2022 Subaru Outback review

2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.

2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. 2020 Ford Edge review
We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid review
We have only had our 2025 Sorento Plug-In Hybrid for a little over 2 weeks, but we have taken it on a road trip and now have over 2000 miles on it. Not disappointed at all. Yes, if you cruise at 80mph on the freeway, you will not get 33mpg. But if you keep it at 70 to 74, you will be close. The gas engine by itself does not get 33mpg, but the hybrid puts about 2 miles worth of electricity into the battery for every 10 or 15 miles that you drive, so the mileage averages out pretty good. My wife commutes 28 miles round-trip to work, and can drive all week without the gas engine even coming on. The paddle shifters are awesome; in sport mode they change gears, in all other modes they act to increase braking regeneration and slow the car down without using the brake pedal. The SUV is quiet, smooth, and comfortable. It looks great and charges in 3:40h on my home Level 2 charger. Yeah, it is more expensive than I thought any Kia would ever be, but compared to the competition it is priced about right. NOTE; The closest competition is really the Toyota Highlander, or the Grand Highlander. The 3rd row seats and size of the Kia make the Hond CRV and the Toyota RAV4 look small in comparison.
