I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order. After the test drive it did take me a little bit to decide if it was going to be a good buy for me. During that process he did not pressure me at all nor use shady tactics to oversell the vehicle. My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

They did most stuff right. They were pretty straight forward and to the point with minimal xxxxxx business. The one notable exception was that they lost the second key. It is pretty normal except for a car dealer to lose a key except that they told us they had it. When they figured out they lost the key instead of doing the right thing they told us they were not paying for the key. They told us we could just not buy the car as a solution if we did not like it. So they were rotten about the key.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

Traded 2023 Highlander Ltmd AWD for 2024 4 runner because it was sadly disappointing. Chose 2024 4runner before they ruin it with the 2.4L turbo & electric motors the 2025 is suppose to get. Have a 2022 4runner we love so why not have another as our second vehicle. Both are TRD Off Road models and seem to go just about anywhere you dare with surprising results Everytime ! Good visibility,great comfort, enough room and safe & reliable.

Exactly what I’d expect from Toyota. Ended up trading in my 2014 4Runner and haven’t looked back. Super reliable and great in snow! I love my TRD Pro!

Carmela and the rest of the staff are amazing. We were definitely a challenge. We got what we wanted and how we wanted. They worked really hard to make it happen and wasn't going to let us walk away without being satisfied. I will never go to another dealership for another vehicle. Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles available. Pricing was excellent compared to other dealerships with similar vehicles. Negotiations proceeded well and they were very upfront with information to help make a decision. They were helpful but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live about 115 miles from the dealership and notified them that I planned to pick up the vehicle about three days from hen we finalized the purchase. However, they contacted me a few hours later and offered to deliver it to me.

I am the original owner of my 2004 Toyota Highlander purchased with 8 miles on it ( my test drive miles =))... it currently has 419,100 miles. Original engine, transmission etc... Some upkeep throughout the years... but She's still pushing and running smoothly. What's the saying " til the wheels fall off" which shouldn't be anytime soon because I just purchased new tires last year. =))). Best vehicle ever, very reliable, sturdy, and fun to drive....we have been through a lot.
