Griffin FordReviews
Griffin Ford review
We had a mostly great experience with Griffin Ford. We travelled from out of state to finish up the deal on a 2023 Ford F150. The ONLY drawback was that the vehicle we purchased had been heavily smoked in. This was NOT disclosed to us. Had it been, we would not have made the trip to buy this vehicle. The saving grace was Griffin Ford immediately offered to pay to have the vehicle professionally cleaned/smoke removal.

Wonderful experience purchasing my Tesla Model S sight unseen. I was a little skeptical about the deal. But Syed facilitated it to the extent where all I had to do was E-sign a few docs, mail the check, and I had the car within a few days. Was just as he described it to be. Extremely honest, easy to work with, and friendly!

Sapphire MotorsReviews
Sapphire Motors review
Honestly, I dont know where to start. I was looking for a used Honda CRV with low miles. All the dealers were asking 10k+ on a car more than 10 years old. I was just skeptical because of the stereotypical car dealer. However Sapphire motors had one listed for a very good price, far under market value. I did not even feel the need to negotiate because of the deal I was getting. They hand pick their cars and inspect them thoroughly before selling them. Syed even went out of his way to make sure I can get the warranty on the tires transfered to my name. Best used car dealer in the area! Highly recommend Sapphire Motors!

I heard about Kunes Wisconsin car dealership good things. My oldest daughter bought jeep from Kunes Wisconsin a while ago. We drove from Chicago to get car for my other daughter. O'Connor was salesperson. He was Very professional and knowledgeable, with great sense of humor. Helped us to choose right car for her. Explained the whole process of buying cars in the clear and honest way. He went up and above with helping us. I appreciate that very much. I recommend 100% specifically this dealership Kunes, Wisconsin.

City Chevrolet of GrayslakeReviews
City Chevrolet of Grayslake review
Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case I needed a new transmission, a costly and lengthy process, and was allowed to have a loaner car free of charge for 7-8 days in December 2025. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the cost of almost $7K after allowable deductions, I was very satisfied with the outcome. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. What is consistent is great customer service. In addition, Roger Aguilera and Chris Capperelli are also great with customer service. Thank you. Lowell B. Raven, CPA

The Lot was clean and presentable, there was plenty of info displayed on each vehicle. We weren’t pressured to buy anything, Gary was very helpful and gave us the space to make my own decision. Once I decided, they made sure the total price was in my price range, and made the final paperwork a breeze to get through. Even though it was a As Is sale, they made sure I had options for after if I had any concerns. Thank you Gary for making it an easy decision and a quick process.
