Mr. Epino, I am compelled to write this review in explaining my experience with the service department, and most notably Ms. Ashley Williams, on July 26, 2022. The issue was the inability to raise the roof on my 2006 Cadillac XLR. Ms. Williams, because of her tenacity and willingness to go a step further resolved this issue with little or no trouble. The problem arose when I had to have my battery charged and placed back in my car. The windshield apparently has to be recalibrated to allow electrical systems to operate. My top is now functional and Findlay did not charge me for their work. Instead of leaving my car overnight and receiving an invoice in the thousands I got my car back that morning without a single penny being charged. Talk about a fantastic experience! Findlay will continue to service my Cadillacs going forward and my service rep of choice will be Ashley Williams.

Overall Thoughts: The 2018 Cadillac XT5 is a near-perfect blend of luxury, performance, and practicality. For anyone considering a luxury SUV but hoping to avoid overpaying, this car is an absolute gem. It competes confidently with more expensive brands and exceeds expectations on almost every level. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend it to other shoppers.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Amel Sinanovic the Service Advisor was great to work with, unfortunately my truck required repairs over the Christmas holiday while I was traveling to relatives in Las Vegas. He was very upfront and communicative on the diagnostic and eventual repair process. The truck was delivered the day before Christmas, he expedited the diagnostics to be completed the day after Christmas with the repair and delivery of the truck completed the following day. If I lived in Las Vegas I would not hesitate to take my vehicles to Towbin Dodge Ram, especially with quality people like Amel Sinanovic in the Service Department.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

RAY the salesman absolutely excellent I absolutely hate car salesman and RAY was amazing attitude business sense very polite very understanding. I would highly highly recommend RAY as your sales person. The finance manager, that?s a whole different story cocky arrogant did not get along with him at all. Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.
