Just honest numbers with a warm and friendly heart. Just got an end-of-the-month deal with her and Noah that I never thought possible. I wasn't even car shopping!! And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. Been a loyal customer for 10+ years, and they have never failed to impress me.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Staff is always helpful. They have a great selection of BMW’s and the service team is friendly and transparent. The service Tech sends a video of my BMW when it’s on the lift showing areas that need attention or just to show me that k everything is ok.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Good service. The service guy is very helpful. He sent me the full report after doing multi point checking and explained details. The dealer sent me a lot of coupons that saved me good money.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)

This is the first time in my life in which I purchased a medium-priced car and feel each time I am in a parking lot that there is no other car around me that I would rather have. It's an incredible vehicle for the price, functional in every way, reliable, beautiful, and so enjoyable to drive.

I had an inspection scheduled for Saturday the 10th at 8:30 and Drew scheduled it for me with ease and once I arrived I found out I didn't need to worry about using a coupon offered by Nissan corporate through the ap but then found out because I was leasing from this dealership that it was covered and was one less thing to worry about. As I was wrapping up with the young man working the counter he reminded me, there's a strong chance an inspection this time next year may not be an area of concern as for those unaware New Hampshire is doing way with mandatory inspections, however he was quick to remind me the dealership is always here for concerns about my vehicle and it didn't come off as a sales pitch but a friendly heads up. The whole transaction made my day go a lot smoother and I even booked our other car for an inspection as a result.

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

I own a 2018 Rogue SV. I have put 40K miles on it and have been very pleased with this vehicle. I just read in one of these reviews that there may be an issue with the fan. In just the past week I've become aware of it being a bit noisy. I hope this isn't an indication that this is about to become an issue and, perhaps, a common problem that should be addressed with a recall. Now I'm worried.

Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

As promised. It was done complete. On time, even a bit sooner than expected. Reasonable prices. They even seem happy to be working together there.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

So Happy with the service I got! They went above and beyond to get me my car. They were very helpful. I would definitely buy through them again.

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.
