2025 Nissan Kicks review
Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

2022 Kia Seltos review
I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I can only speak for the sales department which was great. No high pressure at all. I bought another truck from Rick Case several years ago and recall a very positive experience then. I am glad to I had another great experience last week. The entire sales department was very helpful. The very nice lady in the finance office was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I did notice two additional add-ons to the final sales contract that I had not noticed previously, but they removed it without any problem at all. Some other customers may have decided they wanted those options but I did not and it was not a problem. I think they did a great job. Very happy to buy my vehicle from them. I also traded a very nice truck and I must say they gave me top dollar from what I had expected if I sold it privately. All in all a great experience and I got a tremendous valuable deal.

2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

Gotta give a ton of love to Mo who was the product specialist that drove from Weston to Boynton to drop off my gorgeous new Atlas at 9:00 at night. Even though he had an over hour long drive back to his house in Hialea - he took his time and was overly glad to make sure I knew about all of the functionality that the vehicle offers. My neighbor who’s big into cars came over to check the car out and also listen in on Mo’s spiel about features and functionality. My neighbor has 2 new Bentleys, a new Range Rover, and a brand new Mercedes that he just got. I mention this because my neighbor (who clearly has a ton of experience with car salesman and car buying experiences) was amazed at how ABOVE AND BEYOND Mo went to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle. I want to Gunther first, and I promise if I would’ve known about the different features, I never would’ve walked out and had the opportunity to speak to Kimberliz, Mo, and Dane at Rick Case. It goes to show that doing right by the customer and going the extra mile helps solidify sales just as much as providing the most aggressive price. Rick Case truly made my buying experience easy even though I didn’t make their selling experience simple. Yes, I’m “that” guy. Again, thank you Rick Case team and especially Mo. I took my 2014 VW Passat to Rick Case VW for service on 4/25/24. I was concerned with a flashing light noting that something was wrong with the cooling system in the car. My service advisor that day was Tiffany. She greeted me and said that she would have one of the mechanics look at my car for a "quick inspection" before scheduling any major repair. She thought she would have an answer for me in about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, she came to me and apologized for the delay. She then drove my car into the garage approximately one hour after I had arrived. She came back to me in about 15 minutes and told me that there was no indication that there was a major problem with my car's cooling system. The mechanic noticed that my cooling liquid level was a little low, and therefore added some coolant. She said that I should not have any more concern with that issue, and delivered my car to me. I appreciated Tiffany's courtesy, intelligence, and diligence in giving me thoughtful information about my car. Rick Case VW is fortunate to have Tiffany working for them!!

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !
