I live in Southern California, and had to do the purchase completely online and via phone. At first it was a little upsetting but the GM Dylan took over and handed everything and exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them to be upfront and very professional.

2011 Honda Element review
My boyfriend has a Honda Element and I adore that car so much. It’s so comfortable no matter where you sit and I love how the doors both open outward so that you can fit really big objects in with ease. Also this car has the BEST SPEAKERS EVER!!! I don’t know how they engineered it so good but these speakers are amazing. I love this car so much!!

2010 Mercedes-Benz M-Class review
This car is great overall but only has one problem. I bought this car July 2023 for around 9k with 90k miles from Florida. The car was in perfect condition with only a minor things broken. From the beginning, I really liked the ride and some of the features like the back up camera. I have the regular ml350 not the diesel and mine is RWD. The only problem is the gas mileage and how much it costs to fill up. I usually drive around in the city about 85% of my driving and I get around 10-11 MPG while it said I am supposed to get around 16 MPG so that mean that I get around 240-260 miles of range on every tank which costs more or less 100$ from empty to full tank. This full tank lasts me 2 weeks and that's crazy expensive for a V6. This car eats gas like a V8. But that's really my only complaint apart from the fact that I changed a lot of the lights in this car because it keeps going out like tail lights and turns signals etc.

Ibe had my car for almost 4 years I got it in highschool it is my first was got 2011 BMW X3 228i x-drive had 120k on it when I got it and now was 193k. I had no major issues besides replacing the coolant tank which was a quick fix and one of the gasket covers regular maintenance is just expensive but you know that before you buy. Great first car and super safe and reliable.

Purchase used with 48,000 miles. I now have 105,000 and it has not skipped a beat. I change the oil regularly ( do it myself) as the only downside to this engine is sludge. Change the oil regularly and you are looking at 300,000 with no problem whatsoever

Diamond Auto SalesReviews
Diamond Auto Sales review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2006 Honda Element from Diamond Auto Sales in Alameda, CA, and I must say, my experience was absolutely phenomenal. Alex, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best car-buying experience possible. Not only was Alex working on Father's Day, but he also had his sweet daughter Sophia helping him at the lot. It was heartwarming to see their dedication and commitment to their customers. I was torn between choosing an automatic or a manual transmission for my Honda Element. I don’t mind the convenience of an automatic transmission, which came with a roof rack and mats, but I really desired the thrill of driving a manual transmission. Alex came up with a brilliant solution. He suggested that my family and I go to lunch while he swapped the roof rack and the mats for me. And to top it off, he even offered a generous $1,000 discount. The level of customer service and attention to detail displayed by Alex truly exceeded my expectations. He went the extra mile to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted while providing outstanding value. In addition to the exceptional customer service and attention to detail, I should commend Diamond Auto Sales for making the paperwork process quick and painless. I have worked in the industry, and it is often not like that. Alex and his team ensured that all the necessary paperwork was handled efficiently, allowing me to get in my fun new Element asap and get home to spend time with my folks for Father’s Day, and less time dealing with administrative tasks. The smooth and hassle-free paperwork process was yet another testament to the professionalism and dedication of Diamond Auto Sales. I cannot recommend Diamond Auto Sales enough. If you're in the market for a used car, I urge you to pay them a visit. Alex will take care of you and make sure you drive away with a smile on your face. I will definitely be giving them my business again in the future, and I'll be telling everyone I know about this fantastic dealership.

2000 Mercury Mountaineer review
Got mine used 8+ yrs ago with about 175k miles, the previous owners took good care of it and serviced it properly. Today she sits at 250k miles, is a bit rough around the edges and gets me to and from work daily (30 miles RT). I have little to no problems with it other than the regular TLC issues that need addressed, which are few and far between. The back tailgate where the hinges connect is wonky, as is my driver side door handle. But I won't drive anything else until she totally gives out. No reason to add unwanted car payments when I have a beast of a machine to tow with. Plus, the V8 engine is beefy for this size of rig.

2010 Nissan Murano review
Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

2007 Ford Expedition review
I bought my 2007 limited new and drove it until 2020. Only put 120k miles on it. Only had a few issues- starter and a needed tune up. I sold it to my son in law. Great truck, comfortable, power, and lots of room. Very reliable and great in snow. It has served them well and has only needed a few repairs. I bought a certified 2018 expedition limited and it is great also. Gas mileage is so much better with the turbo V6

2011 Honda Pilot review
I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

2009 Subaru Forester review
I bought my 2009 forester with 200k on the click. She was well locked after but has a few scratches here and there but paint work is still beautiful. Performance is great but she is heavy on fuel. This is expected from an AWD as the engine is pulling all 4 wheels continuously at the same time. No oil leaks, aircon works well. The only major issue I have had was the thermostat falling. I caused my radiator to crack due to pressure building up. I removed it and she is running perfectly. I live at the coast in South africa so our winter temp never drop below 10° and our summer average at 30°. Overall, I'll will be buying another forester with it's great space and power....love it

I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

2012 INFINITI QX56 review
Owned it for 10 years and has been a joy to drive. Handles great in the snow, plenty of space for passengers and/or cargo, and no major problems. Great looking SUV that has been extremely dependable. Very happy with our purchase.

Carizona review
I had been to a few dealerships before coming here and honestly wasn’t expecting much. Khaled made the whole experience feel different right away—no pressure, just real conversation and helpful guidance. He took the time to understand what I needed and didn’t try to push me into anything. Ended up leaving with a car I feel confident about. Appreciate the professionalism and how smooth everything was. Would definitely recommend working with him.
2012 Jeep Patriot review
I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.
