There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.

Meets all needs you can possibly think of. Super compact design with ample space on the inside. This care made incredible sense and was ahead of its time. Fits any parking spot. Smallest AWD to date on the US market. Wish the US customers would've appreciated it more!
can't say about the buying process nor anything referencing repair work...was not my experience. Only looking at a car from an online search. Clean enough facility and initially pleasant customer service. Again only limited interactions since the vehicle I was looking at wasn't what I wanted.
Super cute and fun to drive

This car is so cute yet doesn’t compromise on space and comfort. There is ample leg space in front and back. The hatchback makes it easy to tote things and with the back seats folded down flat you can really haul quite a bit of stuff. I used this to move in and out of my dorm several times. It doesn’t have a powerful get up and go but it’s zippy. I love driving it!
I bought a car from Phil. First I called in and he answered my questions at the same time he was multi-tasking and busy with customers at his desk. He was very forward with me and up front regarding my questions; which I like. Great help and we really like our new car. I totally recommend.
For the person who complained that Phil was more interested in walk-Ins; you need to put yourself in a car sales reps shoes and someone who is multi-tasking. I would imagine a high percentage of those who call in are not serious about buying a car. If you were serious you would of been proactive and went onsite to talk to Phil or ask another sales person for help.

Wanted a car with heated seats and within 2 months it stopped working. The dealer was great and tried to have it fixed but ended up having to put in an aftermarket heated seat. Then to top it off, the transmission went (didn't even have it for two years)! Ended up having a new transmission put in I could not find another car for under $5000 that I felt was as good as what I had. Now, I've noticed that every once in a while there seems to be an electrical issue. My radio doesn't come on and I cannot see my odometer. So far, after turning off the car and turning it back on it will work.
I appreciate the great customer service i received from Phil. He was prompt, well-mannered, professional, and also generous he bought me a bag of chips. I would recommend Avery to anyone who comes to Premier Automotive.
16 years and going strong

I bought this car new in 2002, I needed four wheel drive in the mountains of VT AND room for 4 kids. While the SUV does nothing wonderfully is does everything well. I can drive it for 8 hours and mostly be able to walk afterwards. Can carry and/or tow just about anything I need. Camping gear, canoe on the roof, trailer with tents coolers etc. It just keeps going. Soon to be passed down to my 16 year old son and probably good for another 180,000 miles.
Very pleased with decision to look at Kings Kia. Rachel in sales was great to work with, very knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. Dealer was very fair in pricing. Would do refer to others and do business again in the future with them.
SUZIE AND I HAVE A DEAL!
by SOSIE from Honolulu, HI

Suzie and I have a deal. For a tiny bit of space in our driveway, she is my lifeline. She has never failed to do her duty -- not once in six years. Those have been tough years. My husband passed in 2016. Shortly thereafter, my cancer returned.
Many long, hot trips to doctor appointments, radiation, and chemotherapy through one of nation's worse traffic systems, and not once did good old Suzie fail me. She kept me cool and composed when nothing else in my life was.
OUR DEAL . From the beginning, I promised to change her oil on a regular basis. I confess. I've not been as reliable as she has been, but I've never neglected her needs overlong. THAT'S OUR DEAL. I change her oil. She does her part with style and grace.
My children came to HELP out this summer, and sadly left Suzie's exterior a little banged up. I feel badly about that, but my gal Suzie doesn't let it slow her down. She never quits, and we'll be taking care of her cosmetics as soon as possible.
Thank you for this opportunity to express my appreciation publicly. Suzie deserves the acknowledgement.
It's my small way of showing my appreciation for six years of loyal, dependable service.
I LOVE MY SUZUKI.
The sales team here we're super helpful and attentive. Our sales person Chris was super paitent while we test drove 8 different cars.
Head sales rep John was able to get us the loan with a great APR.
We will definitely be back to Beck's Auto Group when we're in the market for another car.

Hard to find parts for now that Suzuki does not make them any longer. Great car for families. My mechanic can not even repair anymore
Everyone at this dealership is trustworthy and always makes me feel so comfortable buying a new car. We are returning customers and I always refer people here. I appreciate their honestly and willingness to help my family. Great place to buy a car!!!

I have had my Suzuki for a little over a year now and I love it! I have it in a Plum color and got it for a steal! I love the power it has and it feels great driving it. Just got new tires on it and it has a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) which I loved cause I need reminders for stuff like that. It currently has about 144,000 miles and it runs like a champ! It is very spacious but the only thing I don't like is when you put the last row down it is not a flat surface all the way across...it has about a 1 1/2 foot space from end of car to where the seats go down...so it becomes an awkward trunk space when rear seats are down. But who cares, I ain't sitting back there it's the cargo area! Gas tank is filled currently with about $60 and I commute via streets so I actually use up more gas than if I used fwy or highway! My kids and I feel special driving in it cause seems like we are the only ones who have one. They are a bit extinct, but I love it! Not sure if there is even a more updated Suzuki Model like this, they should come up with one, for sure!
Rick provided me with an excellent car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and made sure I received the best deal possible. I really appreciate everything he did for me.
I would buy this vehicle again if I had th option!

I actually had purchased the vehicle a few years ago not knowing much about Suzuki. But ended up having the vehicle for over 5 years. I then gifted it to a friend upon my moving out of state. I must say this was one of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever owned as well as reliable. The original reason I purchased it was because I used to own a Geo Tracker (before Chevy bought and branded them). It had a Mitsubishi engine so I went looking for its Big Brother which turned out to be the Suzuki with the same type of engine. Mitsubishi engines are rated at three to four hundred thousand miles, so I knew that if I got this vehicle it would last forever. And it did! I beat the heck out of this car, put over 200,000 miles on it and it is still in good enough condition to be gifted. It's still running two years later, perfectly fine.
It is just a shame that Suzuki stopped selling their vehicles in the states. Perhaps the reason they couldn't sell any more of their vehicles is because they were built too well...
We may never know. ?
Nice car great timely service and offered us bathrooms and all that we needed to be comfortable while we were in the process of buying

I love my car. It's too bad I have to let it go for a bigger vehicle. Only 68k miles and no problems. turns on a dime very smoothly. Has a real get up and go when you press the gas. Fast car. love the stock low profile rims as well.
The Auto Livery staff is friendly and helpful whether it is buying a car, trading one in or getting your car serviced. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch service. This isn’t like other car dealerships where you feel pressured by their salesman. The Auto Livery is a hassle free, no pressure automobile dealership. That is one thing I look for when I purchase a car.
They also offer very fair prices on their cars (my family has purchased multiple cars from them) and also in their service shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used automobile or simply just get their car serviced here!

I adore my little X-90! It's a funny little car, but it's tough as nails! The X-90 was made for winter driving, the 4x4 keeps it nice and steady on icy roads, and the cabin is so small, it warms up quickly.
I've had mine for two years, bought it with 80,000 miles on it, now I'm pushing 100k, and just had to replace the brakes. Other than that, it still has all original factory parts.
I've never understood people who name their cars, but I can't imagine ever wanting to sell my "Bubbles".
