I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. 2017 Tesla Model X review
Roomy, designed well and capable. Lots of bells and whistles but all very intuitive to use. Handles well, tows, seats 5-7 and ample use of rear hatch space/cargo space. Pluging in wasn't a worry or very hard to do.

2017 Tesla Model X review
Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

2017 Tesla Model X review
Most comfortable and most exciting car I have ever owned. The falcon-wing doors are amazingly practical! In tight spaces where the conventional front doors can barely open, the FW doors lift up and out, making exit much more comfortable; plus, on rainy days, they act like awnings - wonderful for attending to children in the rear seats.

As a returning customer from all the way back in 2018, I came prepared, hoping to purchase a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler. We went to the specific vehicle I had scouted out on the website, and Reagan took me out on a test drive minutes later. She was so sweet and helpful with the entire car buying/trade in process. Reagan and Nate appraised my old 2019 Jeep Cherokee and offered what I believed to be a fair amount of trade in value. They were even able to get me a better deal as a returning customer. We can’t forget about Ramon in the financing department, as he was very thorough explaining the additional options for warranties and what not. I felt educated and confident about my new purchase! Before I left the lot in my new Jeep, we noticed a small scratch on the hardtop, and Reagan immediately took action to come up with a solution to have that fixed. Years later, I still can’t recommend Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge enough! Thank you Reagan (and Nate…and everyone else who made my dream car come true!!!) for being so awesome and taking the time to create a great deal on my new ride.
