Tim Queen is your man if you want to purchase or lease a vehicle. He is just great! Compared to my last purchase of my current vehicle from another state tmy experience with Tim yesterday was phenomenal. He was very kind and patient and took his time to explain the different stages and processes of vehicle purchase, showed me the different vehicles they had that suited my preference, took me out on a test drive and really helped me gain perspective on getting the right vehicle to suit my lifestyle. After meeting him for the first time yesterday and spending some valuable time discussing the best options available to me I feel very confident that I can make a well informed decision on my next vehicle purchase! Thanks Tim and Merry Christmas! I will see you after the holidays
2022 Tesla Model Y review
The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

It took longer than expected to perform the recall repair, so the staff gave me a loaner to go get something for lunch.
2022 Tesla Model Y review
This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

AutoNation Toyota LeesburgReviews
AutoNation Toyota Leesburg review
I received quotes from Carvana and Carmax and had settled on selling my car privately until I received a quote from AutoNation Toyota in Leesburg, Va. The quote was like the others, but I decided to reply with a different quote expectation. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from Alan Ribner, acquisition specialist. He stated that if my car was as I described, AutoNation would be able to meet my price. The dealership is an hour from my house and I made arrangements to drive there the next day. Alan said a driver would bring me home. I arrived and met Alan. I have never experienced such customer service from a dealership. He was extremely professional and forthcoming on the process. I was on my way home in no time and very pleased. I have bragged about AutoNation; but particularly, Alan to my friends and colleagues.
2023 Tesla Model Y review
Unbelievable car!!! 2023 Tesla Y (Long Range 19") and my wife fully agrees. Where do I begin? Value! Crazy good, purchased Sept 2023, will end up costing about 44k after 7500 tax credit, now factor in another 10k (at least) saved over gas over the next 5 plus years and my cost will drop to about 34k?? For this car???! Seriously, at 9 cents a kilowatt hour, (FL) to charge this thing in my garage overnight (charge rate is 30 miles in just an hour) only costs about $7.50 worth of electricity for about 315 miles range. What?? We've had this for 7 months and about 18k miles and have spent only about a buck or two on windshield washer fluid so that's it on maintenance costs. What a PLEASURE not having to deal with dealerships and oil changes that take a half a day of hassle. Teslas service (and app) is excellent. I've read the motors (dual) can go 1 million miles and the battery 300-500 k miles. I plan on doing 200k miles on this car. Range anxiety? None for me, basically I can drive about 3 complete hours of driving per day on a charge. Waking up every day with 3 hours worth of driving and skipping gas stations with 35 dollar fill-ups (we have a Prius with 300k miles) is wonderful. Teslas supercharger network is everywhere. I've never seen a station that did not work or a line that kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. I never realized, until I owned a Tesla, that not having to go to the gas station about once a week (or about 27 times for the past 7 months) erases any inconvenience of having to supercharge because unless you do frequent road trips (more than about 3 hours round trip) you will go months at a time not having to supercharge. (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost for me to charge at home) Your house is technically your gas station! (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost of me charging at home) Performance? basically, this car has about the speed of a 911 and its low center of gravity and handling make it really really fun to drive. Highest safety rating all around and the very good stereo has about 14 speakers (and a subwoofer) that round out some amazing perks usually reserved for much more expensive cars... The software, self driving and navigation is very advanced and not an upcharge if you dont do the full self driving, gorgeous graphics and an intelligent user interface that can be learned as you go along make this car a phenomenal choice. Tesla is WAY ahead on software and basically built this car around their software platform while others are building EVS and struggling with their software and charging systems. Tesla outsells their competition by a very wide margin, for good reasons. The wife and I were about to get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 and by some wonderful luck walked past the Tesla store at the mall, 10 minutes later we test drove the y and 3 and literally, before we drove a mile we knew this test drive experience made it clear, we would try this Tesla. 101% happy we did. If you are considering the Tesla, make sure you drive one before making your decision. One last thing, buying direct from Tesla basically means you are getting maybe about 20% more car for a lower price because the middleman dealerships are not cost factored in, and don't believe the negative media coverage. Tesla is bypassing an entire industry and alot of big companies are probably not happy about it. If you really want to know what Tesla ownership is like, ask Tesla owners. My neighbor has a Model 3 with 45k miles, I asked her the other day what she has paid for Maintenace so far and she said "nothing" and LOVES her Tesla. I hear the same from pretty much every Tesla owner I ask. What a car!

2023 Tesla Model Y review
Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. I was confidently holding the pace car position in the left lane passing 4x4 trucks, with ease. It was incredible. Get upto $1000 off your next Tesla by mentioning me at https://ts.la/jolene547482

2023 Tesla Model Y review
Everything positive other owners have said in the reviews is true about performance, easy to drive, comfort, etc, but I was very much impressed by the fit and finish of the vehicle. We all hear about panel gaps and misalignments and bad build quality from the "experts", but my car was on par or even better than the Lexus GS I traded in. I liked it so much my father also bought one based on my recommendation and again the vehicle was flawless. Maybe back in the day this was an issue when this model was first introduced, but certainly not anymore. Both times I was at the service center picking up the two vehicles, I looked at dozens of other new customer cars on the lot and none had any issues that I could see.

2023 Tesla Model Y review
Great car to drive every day. It's best attributes are its quick acceleration and stability. It's cool to have different horn sounds, and you can broadcast your favorite song outside (while it's parked). I personally love the silly light and sound shows you play to show your friends. The stereo system sounds great. The things that need improvement are: the rear air vents don't point straight to the rear passengers, there's no spare tire and if you get one you loose a lot of the trunk space. The windshield defogger doesn't work the way you expect it especially in a high humidity climate.

Fred's Executive AutoReviews
Fred's Executive Auto review
Outstanding Customer Service – The Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! I recently purchased a beautiful black 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Fred's Executive Auto, and I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. They easily earned a well-deserved 5-star rating from me! If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from everyone in the office. Every employee made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Their customer service exceeded every expectation I had. Mike was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me the vehicle, explain its features and capabilities, answer every question I had, and allow me to take it for a thorough test drive. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. His expertise and honesty gave me complete confidence in my decision. In fact, I was so impressed with the experience that I returned within 24 hours to purchase the vehicle. The professionalism displayed by the entire Fred's Executive Auto team was exceptional. Everyone worked together to ensure the process was seamless, smooth, and stress-free. Logan and Mike even offered to have my vehicle delivered to my home the following day. Mike also provided me with his personal contact information so I could reach out if I had any questions after leaving—a level of service that is rare to find today. When I returned to finalize my purchase, I was once again warmly greeted by the staff and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Q. It was immediately evident that he is an outstanding owner who truly cares about both his employees and his customers. He treats everyone like family, and that culture is reflected throughout the entire dealership. Before delivering my vehicle, Mr. Q. even offered to have it professionally inspected to ensure everything was perfect. Mike made sure my Mercedes was detailed to perfection and Logan ensure it was filled with a full tank of gas before delivery. Oliver assisted me with my insurance and additional paperwork, while several other team members stepped in to help make the process efficient and enjoyable. Chase personally delivered my vehicle to my home after its inspection and even took the time to give me a tutorial on its features, patiently answering every question I had. Throughout my experience, I enjoyed great conversations, refreshments, and, most importantly, the reassurance that their relationship with me would not end once the paperwork was signed. They made it clear they would continue to support me with any questions or concerns I may have in the future. I also received an unbelievable deal on my vehicle, making the experience even more rewarding. The team at Fred's Executive Auto is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and genuinely committed to serving their customers with excellence. They don't treat you like another sale—they treat you like family. They made me feel like a priority from beginning to end, and I left with complete confidence in my purchase and a huge smile on my face.
