Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Our salesman Wesley and the sales manager Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are the only reason I ended up purchasing the car. There was another young man who was also a sales manager that was absolutely rude. He may have the good fortunate to look 14 years old but obviously he was not taught any manners growing up. James was in charge of the paperwork and was also rude. He would ask a question and while trying to answer it was obvious he was not listening. When called on it he admitted he was not even listening to the response. We had just driven 3 hours to pick up the car and he was annoyed because it was late. He was supposed to get me a copy of the carfax and that never happened. I am still hoping everything goes well with the car because on the carfax I saw and asked for a copy it said the transfer case was replaced twice. No one was quite sure but guessed the first was when they found the problem and the second was when the parts came in and it was actually fixed. I did have the under carriage checked out by the shop that wired it for towing and they reported no visible leaks. Time will tell. We still have to make another trip down there to get a chewed seatbelt fixed and another key fob for the car programmed. I hope someone educates the rude workers on how to treat customers. But definitely work with Wesley or Kim!

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Everyone’s attentive and friendly at Envision Ford. Alex Torres is very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Plus, he treated me with respect. Every time I take my car for service, I know I will have a nice experience… I’m offered a ride back, I’m offered a cold beverage or coffee, and my car gets washed! The sales staff was very attentive to all request. Patient through the whole process. I can came in with a goal and left pleases. I would recommend this store to others I know. Hope my service experience is just as great.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

This was our 4th Mitsubishi purchase, I love this place, I originally bought my 1st Mitsubishi in Aurora, IL and when we moved out here took the car for service in Duarte and found their service team excellent as soon found out their Sales dept and Saul were just as good, 10 years later, they are still my go to place

A sale price and $10,000 in incentives brought me to the dealer 3 1/2 years ago, and now, after all this time and 40,000 miles I could sell the car for more than I spent on it. But we won't be selling any time soon. My wife and I agree that we won't consider selling it because there just isn't a comparable car on the market, at any price. The creature comforts are many and we've saved thousands of dollars on gas. The only con is that it's not a powerful car when running on the 103 hp 4 cylinder alone. But, with a charge in the battery, the car is plenty quick and fast. And, unlike the all electric's we never have to wait in line at a charging station which would drive us nuts. Easily the best, most trouble free car I've ever had in my 40+ years of driving.

Bob was incredibly helpful, walking with me through the entire process and patiently taking the time to answer all my questions. I ended up finding the exact car I wanted and got a great deal on it. I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it
