I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

We traded in our Aviator and had a great experience. Richard, our sales person, was extremely thorough and patient. Jose, the manager, as always, was fair and easy to work with. This is our 4th vehicle from Doral Lincoln and their expert service is what keeps us coming back. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I went in looking to lease the same model I had a CRV LX and Daniel, my sales rep, made the entire process smooth and easy from the start. We communicated by email beforehand, so when I arrived at the dealership, almost everything was ready to go. At the last minute, I decided to change the color, and Daniel was extremely patient and helpful. He also explained the available incentives, which led me to upgrade to a CR-V Hybrid, a better vehicle while still staying within the lease payment!!!! They took my trade in and gave me credit toward the new lease, which was great! Cesar from the finance department was also great, clearly explaining everything and helping with my plate transfer. Excellent service and very fast, compared to my other experiences at other places. Highly recommend!

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I had Monica Katz as my specialist and she is just great. Very professional, friendly, courteous, does everything with a smile on her face. Monica also checks to see if there are any additional service needs and at lets you know how much they will cost. I do not take my car to any other mechanic or dealer.
