Amazing build quality…you can feel it in everything. The last of its kind. Buy one while they’re still around. Don’t buy if you’re concerned about fuel mileage. Trade off is drive it easily 20 yrs without replacing hybrid battery packs and CVT transmissions. Old school bulletproof reliability and quality.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Just purchased a very clean Lexus IS250 F Sport from Eric and Emil and I could not be happier. The experience was first class, I took the train down from San Diego hoping the car would be what Emil and I had discussed, it was. After I got the car back to LA, the front driver headlight HID bulb went out, and expensive fix, I told Emil, he let me know "well take car of of you bro" so I made an appointment at Lexus, got it services and Event footed the bill.
