What unfolded over the next five months was unlike any car-buying experience we've had. Jim stayed in regular contact, remembered exactly what we were looking for, and periodically presented similarly-equipped vehicles that were in transit or available — never pushing, just keeping us informed. Each time, we chose to wait for the right one. He never made us feel like a burden for that. Eventually, he found exactly what we wanted. Negotiation was refreshingly straightforward. They also changed my air filter both in the engine and also in the interior of the car. Overall a good experience I few days after I had the engine light come back on but it wasn?t there the following day so I hope it doesn?t come back.
